I think that the forth nightmare's soul part which went into the Freddy mind is the nightmare mind and that mind has a body-Shadow Freddy.Nightmare tried to controll Shadow Freddy but Shadow Freddy has managed to hold it back,that is why he can controll his hand from transforming into Nighmare and told Toy Chica the truth.I also noticed at the end,there was an endoskeleton holding springtrap and golden freddy's head and also the ball of Nightmare's soul,i think when Springtrap and Golden Freddy died,their power have combined into that ball and formed into an endoskeleton.
