Solo Lesson! Iron Maiden: The Wicker Man

In this video I teach you how to play Adrian Smith's ripping solo from 'The Wicker Man' by Iron Maiden (time stamps below)! This has been transcribed by ear so it's probably not 100% accurate, but hopefully you guys can have a bit of fun learning it! Great video. Engrossed from start to finish. At the end of the bridge, when the solo kicks in proper on the two 10 bends, for the end of that passage I like to stay on the B string and pull off on 7, 5 and finish with the vibrato on 4. Still sounds really cool, and I like the brightness on that string compared to going down through to the D or whatever.
As a first time viewer (subbed!) and not yet gone through your archives, I'd be interested to see you tackle other Maiden solos. Davey's Killers one, the whole of Transylvania and Strange World, 2MTM, Powerslave, Coming Home, Paschaendale

Please feel free to have a trawl - there's plenty of Maiden - some from years ago and some from more recent times - I tend to err on the side of Adrian as my playing style is more similar to him than Dave but there's all sorts to check out!
