On December 8 for the first time in Baltics performed “Devil’s Violinist” of our age - David Garrett- with a program “EXPLOSIVE - LIVE”.
We met with David before his show to talk about how his career started, how did he feel in his first big shows and what can we expect from the show.

He said, "In the beginning, you have to fall in love with music, and through music, you have to conquer the instrument." I love that!
He is 1000% accurate. As a violinist myself, I took a break and picked it back up later in life. You sound very gross when learning. So yes. Beautifully put.

I just discovered David Garrett and his beautiful talent on the violin. I am obsessed with watching his every video! This interview was so honest and natural in the interview. I love this about a celebrity! It is not often true of other famous people. This honesty and sincerity comes through in every video I see when he is speaking or performing. He is so genuine and I believe that is why he is adored by his fans.
I wish there were more interviews in English. There are many in Dutch which I don’t speak! I loved this interview. I almost feel like I know him as a person now! He is a dear sweet man. So glad I found him on you tube. I hope he tours America once borders open up!
He is the perfection of the ideal man!

Where is he now?
Hi! David is born in Germany, so most of his interviews are in german (not dutch). I‘ve seen him live many times and you are absolutely right. He is very kind, down to earth and sweet. What I love is he always is on time, he says it is him showing respect to the audience that paid money to see/hear him perform.
What a nice way of thinking!

I love his openness ..he is a great violinist and when I usually hear him he speaks in German , its nice to hear him speak English .. I do love his music but above all like his being genuine ..open and everyone who talks to him would be at their ease .He must know he is a great artist but he does not take him too seriously...he knows the road to success it is an ongoing one ..and he tries to do everything right and he gets it right ...by instinct..he wants to give his best every time ..xo
You know him. Most Germans like quality. David cares about delivering a good product🤎🎻and he gives much of himself. True artist
