Hey Greg ! I loved this video , especially where you talk about interviewing happy and unhappy clients . I work with entrepreneurs like you who have under 25K followers to help them to grow to 100k followers in under 12 months with proper systems . I actually helped Chirag to achieve 92k subscribers in under 11 months . Could I do a free audit to see if I can help you do the same ? I just think it's really important that more people see your content and want to help you on that mission .

To me it is the idea that.. don't just focus on making them more money as the results.. it could be helping them saving time.
Also, you talked about interviewing them to know what they valued most of your services..
And for the unsatisfied clients as well... To know what you could do better or improve upon. @@gregoryjhickman

Really enjoyed this video Greg! I think a lot of times, we THINK we know the most valuable parts of our offer, but when you actually ask your clients what was the most valuable for them, it takes the guess work out!

Not sure I buy this. Is there an article from Bain where they link to the science behind this model? The thing that makes me suspicious is the “pick 5 or 6” when some businesses can just focus on 1 or 2 core needs and be successful.

Feel free to go look up the research. I think focusing on 1-2 from a core focus is beneficial but in talking with our ideal clients there is still a bit of mix of what they value so the 5-6 felt right from our ICP conversations. Not sure you need science to back how many to focus on lol. Like many things it's a tool.

@@gregoryjhickman Well is there any publicly available information to back up these claims? You also mentioned research - do you have a link to this? I'm not trolling - just trying to get to the bottom of this so I can figure out if it is valuable or not.

@@AloeNutritionTelugu I can't find anything outside of the Bain article. Just a bunch of claims. Nothing evidence based. Sounds like more consulting BS to me. I know a few things about basic human needs driving purchases, which is why I smelled a rat when I looked at this framework - a lot of the quality info you can find in books like "decoded" and "unconscious branding" that are actually backed by real research that is publicly available.

What is your personal evidence that you say that Harvard and Bain are telling BS?
You probably should read the book "Mindset" of Carol Dweck and find out your inner truth about static mindset or dynamic mindset.
I have some ideas about your current mindset ;-)
And Carols Book is full of studies, just as a sidenote, but you probably will find good reasons to not read it. 🙂
