    I just want to add some advise to people. You can only watch so many youtube videos and read so many articles before you will not find any more new information and just need to get out and do it. You have to make the mistakes, learn from them, rebound, and keep going. Since you will see income increase exponentially the main thing is to not stop. You have to either fall on your face or succeed.

    Created my Amazon account in 2022, went to do retail Arbitrage I loved and enjoyed it alot. Found my first product after 4 hours for $12.97, sold for $26.99 on Amazon. It's never to late.

      I actually went to the store to find almost nothing on the shelf (after looking online to see what they did have). I asked the Manager to check "the back", she said (without looking) "we're out!" I said (no lie) "you're fucking lying!" and left and left the store a shitty review. The next day, I ordered online (for in-store pickup), picked my products and showed that manager "nothing in the back???". Yes, I'm an a-hole too. FYI, the in-store discount was much much better than shipping to me.

    Never understood the intrest on RA. Your doing the same amount of work if not more for far less ROI than thrifting, garage or estate saleling, or even OA. Why not spend the time trying to find wholesale suppliers that can fulfill the replenishables side of the business. Same average ROI far less gas and time waisted.

    • @SideHustleNetwork
      @SideHustleNetwork  4 роки тому

      It’s a volume game with RA and we have several Replen items with it. RA is appealing to most amazon sellers because it’s one of the quickest ways to grow capital until they are to the point of placing larger wholesale orders.

  • @ronredmond

    Chaz, this crap happens to me all of the time. Unfortunately my girl can't handle it. She freaks out when a tracking number isn't showing updates on a shipment. I'm like "Babe fedex smart post doesn't update their tracking numbers like USPS does, sometimes it doesn't update until the day its delivered" I also do RA and use FBA to my full advantage. When I find an item I like at one of my favorite suppliers, I order a couple of cases of the product and send them straight to FBA. When I see this item is selling 100 times a day with 2 sellers on it, and I have to wait for my inventory to get to FBA.... you bet your a$$ I'm driving an hour away and trying to hit 10 stores in a day to buy every one of that item that I can, to cover sales while the cases are 'inbound' to amazons warehouse. Oh, and then amazon wants to FC the items and send them all over the place while I'm trying to find this item everywhere to cover my a$$ until amazon gets all of my items in their inventory. SMH... ahhhh but then once amazon receives the few weeks worth of inventory... vwaaalllaa smooth sailing and passive income for awhile. That's what we do it for. The freedom that you can achieve if you just have faith in yourself and don't listen to all of the people that say this doesn't work, because it does. I just started buying products from china to put into FBA, 100 at a time, after about a year of doing this. I started at flea markets, tried dropshipping, contemplated private label, and fell back into RA. I have a few local stores that supply quite a bit, but china is my next move, hopefully Ex Works / FOB once I figure it all out. I love the hunt and control of my own life. I have done that 4 hour trip with nothing to show when I return home so many times I've lost count. They are discouraging for sure. You and your lady should try looking into finding a good product on Amazon and find the manufacturer in china on alibaba or dhgate. You know the guidelines, but for others, look for a product that has 100-400 good feedback with only a couple of sellers on it. If amazeowl or helium tell you the revenue is 10k a month with 300 sales at a 40% profit margin, you can easily take a piece of that pie and be one of those amazon sellers. Buy a couple hundred of one product, every month, that you know is going to sell an average of a couple hundred times (at least), and get it into FBA as fast as you can. Another thing that I've really started to notice over time is that there are things Amazon sells that won't sell on eBay, and vice versa. Also, people, FBA can fulfill (pack and ship your items for you) your eBay listings! Multi Channel Fulfillment is a beautiful thing. Chaz, keep your head up, roll with the punches, you've come this far and your a pro. Between you and Ralli Roots, I would have never made it this far. I haven't had a job in over 6 months, my income has consistently grown, i'm happy, and the freedom is priceless! Thanks bro!

I went there also and those prices are higher than Walmart! I think for and more seller's who have a handle on discounted products just join FBA on their own. I have already heard about the Big A copying a product that sells well and listing it as #1 and becoming the original's competition. I'm retired but after all the fee's on eBlow or Big A, I'm not interested is selling 1 item for $1.84 profit, that I scanned at Goodwill the other day. They will hold them then you can save time, money and know you will have the items there when you arrived saved for you. I enjoy your channel appreciate the content and this will save your time complaining about the time you lost...and yes bad days are there. What is more important is what did you learn from it Why get upset at all? Save that energy for more important to do...yes tomorrow is a new day...30 minutes to relax is good anyway. How/when does retail arbitrage become profitable? You spend hours of time and hundreds of miles on your vehicle to hopefully get a "good" day every so often. Even when you do have a good day shopping, I hate retail stores and shopping, then you have to list, pack and ship those items. This doesn't seem like a scalable or profitable business model. What is the hourly income break down? I think you are better off finding suppliers of good, profitable, new products to sell.

    • @SideHustleNetwork
      @SideHustleNetwork  4 роки тому +1

      If you hate something then of course you’ll never find yourself wanting to do it at scale. We actually love being out driving around in our Oregon backroads and shopping. It becomes profitable because it’s a volume game. Yes there are many days we don’t find much but the days that we find 200-300 items at a 70% that sell within 30 days makes it worth it. RA is 100% a grind but it’s also the quickest cash to be made on amazon.
      Better off finding profitable suppliers? Agreed 100%. The issue is it takes far more capital and lead time to make that work at scale.

I am new to RA and was wondering if you could help me out with the following: I currently only use the Amazon Seller App to scan products and I can see the product rank. I have heard to stick to things that are in the top 5% of rank of a category in order for the product to sell relatively quickly. My question: Is there a public and current Sales Rank Chart so that I can know if in fact the product I am scanning is really a good rank for a given category?? I assume this sales chart is constantly changing
