How we know that we say livre to book in French and other words as well. I mean basically the meaning of words in French?

In the pronoun en
There is written that "in the affirmative imperative en follows the verb"
But in example sentence it isn't following the verb instead it is preceding the auxilliary verb:
En avez-vous peur?
Is it wrong?

Could you possibly make a video on the following concept:
Although the past participle agrees in gender and number with the preceding direct object, the past participle never agrees with an indirect object pronoun.
The above mentioned point is under the heading of Indirect object pronouns on page 365 in complete french grammar book.
Same time of concept is written on The pronoun y.
Note the past participle does not agree in gender or number with the indirect object y.
Could you possibly make a video with examples
