They used to have multiple different production settings on all the stores and we used to be able to make lots of money, also when I exchanged my element shards I get lots of coins.

You must do all the tasks from Nightmare Moon arc (those quests are the ones where an Element of Harmony is seen). It is good you have all 6 characters and all Harmony Stones, but you must do all the tasks to get Princess Luna. Sorry for you🤷♂️
