Yeah and it made me so happy when he went and hugged Teeny after he won. I loved him so much as a player on this season but also just as a person in general. He’s a great guy.
@@onesweetangel1017 Feels like in the finale he wasn't shown the love on the votes. He easily was my favorite player in a long time. Definition of using sticks and stones to make it to the end.
The firemaking was so poetic to their games. Teeny had the pieces and resources to make it happen, but failed to take control of their game. They let Aysha go out of fear of what Rome might do, which was a huge piece for their game. This opened the door to lose Kishan, and later Gen took control by ousting Sol. Teeny always had the resources to win, but couldn’t contain them much like they couldn’t contain their inferno. Sam always had the the pieces of the puzzle, but it was a question of timing and positioning them. He had to scrape by with the pieces he had, and made it happen when it mattered most to save his game and move further in the game. What a great fire, despite still disliking this twist.
I still think Tony-Sarah is better cause it decided the winner of the season instead of the-who’s-gonna-lose-to-Rachel competition, if this was Sam and Rachel I’d agree
This was such an awesome turn of events. And it was Karma for Teeny. All during the show she was hating on Sam and being a jealous man hater with her comments how he was the 'jock that gets everything.' I am so glad she lost! She deserved to lose, because he didn't do anything to provoke her to be that way.
100% the universe was foreshadowing teeny losing the fire making challenge because during the immunity she was struggling so much to cut the rope and here once again she was struggling with cutting the rope but with her fire because of the wind. That's so crazy to me. Bad luck with ropes back to back
This had me on the edge of my seat. Was happy Sam pulled this out, especially considering he had no help. This was a fitting ending for Teeny, especially spewing that gender venom about Sam being a "jock", etc.
so true. How is it not sexist to assume he has it easy in life and was a "jock" simply because he is a good looking young man. You could tell that teeny was jealous
Seeing Sam eliminating Teeny in a fire making challenge makes a great story arc for a spoiled manipulative person that weaponizes emotions, like Genevieve brilliantly described.
Great TV, awful for Teeny. There's literally nothing more they could have done. The "winds of fate" literally blew their inferno away from the rope. If they'd been sitting in the other seat, Teeny wins.
I'm not surprised that Rachel won. But Sam had the best pitch and owned his game the best out of the final three. Rachel owes her 1 million, or atleast part of it to Sol, who saved her butt for his own personal reasons more then her earning it. The jury made the wrong choice in my opinion, but that's the reality of Survivor. The player at the end who played the best game doesn't always win.
@Ryan-wx1bi crushed it? It depends on what you mean by crushed it. She played her cards well, but she didn't really dominate. She has a high level on completing puzzles, but most everything else she was average or poor.
That was best part of the finale. Everyone who saw this season from the beginning knew Rachel won S47 once she won final immunity. It was awesome to see Sam win that challenge from behind and whom did he beat to get to FTC. 👍 Sam’s win in fire making challenge totally overshadowed Rachel’s predictable (very deserving) win.
@helpmejanice8123 sol was voted out fair and square but I think what he's trying to say is Rachel wouldn't have made it to the end if it wasn't for sol
I think Sam had to take a risk dropping the husk. It could smother the fire, Teeny had the flame and just kept building the sticks. Gutsy move and win by Sam for sure.
@@Bryce946Teeny deserves all the bullying she is getting. All the nasty comments about Sam she made were unwarranted, unprovoked and completely disrespectful. She is nothing more than a misandrist, she admitted it herself and she also admitted that Sam didn’t do anything to provoke her either. So this was all karma for the shit she did and said to him, what goes around comes around baby
This was like the 28-3 of firemaking challenges and it couldn't have happened to a more envious, whiny contestant. Absolute cinema and karma for Teeny being unjustifiably aggressive and angry towards Sam who did nothing to her, she even said so herself! 😆
Kyle and Sam said it best, Sam found a way to find a way. Sam may not have won against Rachel but I've been a fan of him from day one and im super pround of him
When they showed her swearing at Sam in the water that was totally uncool if Sam had told her to f off he'd be hanging upside down by one leg from the nearest palm tree getting hit with sticks such a double standard p.s proven by the fact that they pointed out Rachel won five idols yay big deal That's half the record but they don't point that out. All things being equal what difference does it make that she's a woman when it comes to winning idols?
This was heartbreaking to watch. Teeny had that fire and the wind was blowing it outside the rope. And then Sam comes from behind to win the challenge. Closest challenge since the Deshawn vs. Heather showdown.
I guess people saying Rachel only won because she was lucky would've voted for Sue, because the only reason Sam was at final tribal was the wind deciding to screw Teeny over lmao
Wrong because Teeny put her fire in the wrong spot, you can clearly see how far in front of the rope she built her fire. If she had built it where Sam did she would've won.
People acting like Teeny was drawing dead with the jury but Sol, Genevieve, and Caroline all look heartbroken to see them lose. Guys...Teeny was very well-liked. They had a couple nasty confessionals but it is not out of the question at all that they would get more jury votes than Sam and seeing people assuming Teeny gets shut out don't seem to realize the majority of the people that actually spent time with Teeny had a high opinion of them based on interviews. I like Sam and think he deserved more than one jury vote for sure but Teeny's perception of him seemed to not be especially unique even if Teeny themself thought was unfair. Ignoring that Teeny could've gotten off their ass to block the wind from their flame, it wouldn't have mattered anyways because Teeny had next to no game
tbf the wind on Teeny's side helped her get the fire up faster than Sam once the flame got going. She shouldve positioned the sticks better and/or use her body to block the wind. That's on her. Crazy comeback, very entertaining.
The difference was in Positioning, Teeny picks the Yellow spot, she wins, and with the wind, if she blocks the wind that blows her flame away from the rope, if she shifts her body to her right, blocking the wind, her rope burns first, Youngsters lack of life experience leads to her downfall
Wind only mattered some, she would've still lost because of where she built her fire. You can see right before Sam wins how far in front her fire is compared to where Sam has his which is directly under the rope. That's why Sam won.
This was honestly one of the best fire making challenges I have ever seen. The sudden turn of events was exhilarating
Sam had zero mentorship and very little support from his fellow players but he still won this! Sam if you are reading this, proud of you kid. 🎉

I honestly have no idea. Possibly??
Teeny sucked. She was even being coached in real time. Glad she lost.
Survivors gods of wind, rope and fire voted Sam to the final 3
Can you post the clip where Teeny is talking about how she’s intimidated by Sam??
