I had surgery for it last month, hopefully I can live a normal life now :) I hate this fucking shit and I can sympathise with anyone having to live with it. Stay strong guys.
@@jdklein033 you're lucky well if you're my age atleast. I told my parents. I told my "Dr" she's actually a PA but my pa sent me to a specialist and the specialist said it's gyno that I could have a surgery for if it bugs me. It does. And then I told my dad and he told me he looked it up and it goes away. Then I went back to my pa and she said she looked it up and it goes away. Let me tell you about my mental health. After the first time someone told me my nipples are hard in 6th grade it has given me social anxiety. To the point where I became the quiet kid. Sorry to rant but yeah I hate my life

***** soy can Improper balance of testosterone to estrogen in men can lead to a lower libido, fat accumulation around the waist and loss of energy, stamina and virility and even man boobs (gynecomastia).
im 16 and i had it since 15.... it goes back to normal size if water touches it or if its cold... but if its hot...the puffyness rises upwards,...can anyone help me?
+SirGrizzlyman ill ask a doctor soon dont worry...but they said its actually natural to teens in their pubic stage due to high estrogen presence and it gets normal later on but ill consult with a doctor
same with me man, im not fat and i have very puffy nipples they are soo soft like slime. But when i take off shirt and its cold they squezes and gets normal. Im 17 and ive had dis for some years now. What resulta did you get from doctor?
+7 7 7 Bro I also have the same,I just accept the fact that this may last forever,I've seen man who had a bigger boobs than us teenagers.I did Chest workout and it changed but accept it man it's the reality that we had it in our whole life.
+Oscar Rodriguez eh i get ur feel bro, im 15 too and same problem, i actually lost weight and got them little bit shortened.... maybe its gonna go away soon!
Stopped working out because of gyno at age 22, lowered my motivation and damaged confidence. turned 25 this year and had the surgery yesterday by a double board certified surgeon. Cant wait to see the results and get my T levels measured and back into working out \ getting school and life started. Thanks for knowing your shit Elliott, you truly are well spoken and educated.
I just turned 25 and I'm certain that people who are even older than that can see improvements without surgery. People really underestimate how much the "gyno" they have can be shrunk with just weight loss alone, not to even mention making your chest big with muscle which would make the gyno much harder to spot
You're lucky son. You are still young enough to get rid of it naturally and by doing so it will also make you more athletic and help in other areas of life. Don't eat crap like junk food and sodas. Do research on how to raise your testosterone levels and minimize your estrogen levels. Eat lots of veggies and try to get good quality meat(although that's hard, especially if you live in the states). Lift weights, eat brazil nuts(packed with selenium), eat oysters(packed with zinc), spend time in the sun (VitD). These will all ensure you get plenty of testosterone. Another trick that works is having cold showers(look it up). In the next couple years you're probably going to feel pressure to start drinking and smoking weed. It's all good in moderation but don't do it too much cause these will both lower your test and up your estrogen. I don't mean to give you a big lecture and all, I just wish somebody told me this shit when I was your age.
hawk sie hay i have the same problem, i am 14 and i have had this since i was 12, i am 61 kg and 1.62m high, i am finally started going on a diet and going no walks with my parents, soon i will me going to the gym regularly after school, will this cure Gyno, and also any more tips?? and by the way if anyone replies to this comment telling me the answer i would be very grateful.
That's just a myth pretty much. There's a chemical in broccolin called Diindolymethane or DIM that can reduce e2 somewhat but you would have to eat pounds of broccoli everyday. Just buy DIM by itself. Won't reduce gyno at all but may help keep it from progressing.
Elliot: To get rid of gynecomastia, you have to tone the excess buildup of fat in the chest, and can be done with cardiovascular exercises. That helps with not only the overall body but the chest area as well. By utilizing more of the exercises targeted at reducing chest fat, you will see better results.
I'm 18, only noticed this when I was about 16 though. Kinda strange considering my voice broke when I was 13 and all the other stuff happened around that age too
I have had gyno for a long time and it used to irritate me alot, but honestly you just have to live with it. I work out, eat healthy and my body is looking great. You can't let small imperfections mentally bring you down. Hit the gym, train hard and make an effort in eating healthy.
My experience with gyno: when I was 15 i was a chubby but my man boobs were huge. I was like "Muste be cause im fat" so I went on strict diet and did a lot of cardio. At 16 I was skinny, I reduced the boobs size considerably but i still had those fatty tits. Then at 17 I started working out at the gym and building muscle. Now im 18 and what I have are some nice pecs with the nipples a little bigger and pointier. Its unnoticeable with my shirt on and even when topless it´s not a big deal (If its cold they look completely normal). If anyone is worried or cant afford the surgery they should train their chest while also cutting body fat percentage, it wont get rid of it but it´ll help tons.
**2** I think my diet played the biggest role in getting rid of the gyno. I went to a diet (and still practice this now) of all NATURAL food. I remember eating lots of eggs, chicken, natural peanut butter, bananas... notice the trend? Foods that help boost your testosterone levels! I also drank only water. I also worked out with weights/cardio. Anybody with geno, do this (and other methods) to bring down your estrogen levels and boost your testosterone. This is what helped to get rid of mine.
+Alec T it really depends, some people are late bloomers, and a lot of they gyno is a mix like mine, I have very little breast tissue, but there is enough of it that all my fat gets stored on my chest, the breast tissue is there won't go, but you gotta make sure you lose weight before more and more fat becomes breast tissue, it will get worse as it goes on if your overweight.
"There are two things we should never get angry about. The things we can change and the things we cant change" - Plato. If you can change it then change it. Don't listen to anyone that tells you not to. Work hard save money and go abroad for surgery if you cant get it fixed at home. Hard means next year, impossible means two years but do it. If you cant change it then try to find its place in your life and accept it. There is more to YOU - EDDY - A LIVING BEING than your physical expression.
Im 15 now this started before 2 or 3 years and i have really low body fat and i know it's gyno it's not too big but you can feel it and i don't know if it's gonna go away pls someone help me,answer
Matvic go to the doctor asap it will just cost you some time, no one in the internet can really help you without seeing your chest. I know you might be scared, but it's the right way. Maybe you got nothing, but if he will know what to do.
Im 26 and have had this since i was about 13 too. It doesnt go away on its own. Surgery is the only known option to remove those “solid” bits under the nipple. This has brought me so much insecurity in my life, i wore a jacket almost always in highschool. Its a common surgery, but its still surgery.
was the surgery successful? my doctor told me that usually when people do get the surgery they are still unsatisfied with the results and or a lot more embarrassed to take off their shirt in public
abe kor I haven’t had it. From what I’ve seen from the pictures I also think its not good enough. Not worth the money. Also, ive learned to live with my body. Still get insecure sometimes, but oh well.
Matvic. You are going through puberty at your age so your hormones are all over the place. Don’t be afraid or scared. I had the same thing when I was a teenager. Take others advice and don’t be afraid of talking to your doctor. He is the one that can do blood work and be able to tell you if you have a problem with your estrogen or it’s just puberty.. good luck
I was suffering from gynocomastia for over 3 years and boys would frequently run up to me and flick my nipples while running off laughing. It was so shameful and I spent many years crying myself to sleep. The cost of operation was so high in my country that it would take 2 years worth of my salary to get it done properly. In the end, I decided that it would be better if I undergone a sex change. Now I'm very pleased with my outlook and have received compliments by the general public. I get to wear a bra and shop for panties (which are so much more comfortable then underwears) and I found myself a loving boy. Just a message to all the teens out there suffering from gynocomastia, this is another option instead of spending tons of money on surgery. Thank you and peace out !
Surgery is the only option that's it. I had it since 11 or 10 idk how but I just realised I had it when I was 16. It gave me depression sometimes it really does suck. What I did was started lifting and build my upper chest so that it looks better and it works.
Had this myself, surgery is the only way, you can't remove the glandular (hard) tissue that forms via any exercises or drugs. Don't rush into any surgery, get your BMI to a reasonable number that you would expect the appearance to not be that of breasts and find a good, experienced surgeon you trust. Price should not be the factor. I paid £5k and traveled 250miles round trip on the day and it was worth it. Back to training now i have full control over my body
I lost 45kg hoping to get rid of gyno but it only made them stick out more, surgery is the only option, lets just be glad that we dont have a life threatening illness and can actually get this shit fixed. I just wish someone had told me about compression shirts sooner because they rock.
Guys just a quick update, i have continued losing weight and have now lost 50kg, my man boobs have started to decrease in size, i recently found out that the chest is one of the last places a man loses fat around, i still have hope.
Name stick with it! i also have a lot of fat on my chest, if i get rid of that things will look a lot better:) and eat healthy: i gave up on milk products 5 days ago and started eating test-boosting foods like avocados, broccoli, lemons, green tea and stuff and it's already gotten alot better! trust me: work out, eat clean(no sugary processed foods), little but good quality meat and do cardio! i think that this way you can get a very long way
I've managed to significantly reduce mine naturally. I didn't have boobs or anything, just a lump behind my left nipple. I have made a lot of changes to my lifestyle and diet to do this all aimed at minimizing my estrogen levels. I'm only 21 which I thought might have been too late but must have obviously helped because I don't think this would work as well for someone that has had it more than a year and is over 25 for example. It hasn't gone 100 percent but it's very close to nothing now. Just research how to lower your estrogen levels and what foods to eat and also I think the biggest thing was heating turmeric with black pepper and oil and mixing that in with my food regularly. I heard about turmeric on some forum and thought it wouldn't work but gave it a try anyway and i'm pretty surprised. Seemed to help a lot more when I started using organic turmeric i bought online rather than the lower quality stuff I was buying at the grocery store. Might not work for everyone but especially if you are young or haven't had it that long give it a try.
I'm nearly 18, did this help you reducing it significantly? Also, since then has it got any bigger? One last question, would you recommend the black pepper and turmeric?
guys, I had gyno for years and honestly it messed up most of my beautiful teenage years, where people are making friends and having fun I was alone and insecure about my look, I worked my ass off a couple of years ago and I raised the price of the surgery and I did it at the age of 19, now my confidence increased and I can finally wear clothes that make me look good, don't hesitate and go for it, if it's a money problem like it was for me then FIND A JOB and save every penny, peace!
freddie perez dont trip dude ive had it since i can remember, i was really young, im 20 now and still have it, i thought i was just fat but i lost a lot of weight and it was still there, now im talking to my doctor about it. Just got some blood testing to see my testosterone levels
I feel the same way bro. I talked to my doctor about it I’ve always been into lifting and sports so I’ve never been on the fatter side I just got them and I still have it at 17 my doctor said it was fine and that I don’t have any tissue in there but I can definitely feel it. It sucks having to hide it all the time. I’ve been thinking about surgery because some day I want to do a bodybuilding show
I'm your age and I did it 8 mths ago. If it is just fat, you can loose it in the gym (or lipo if it is the annoying fat that would not go away). If it turned into tissue, you have to do surgery. Check a plastic surgeon who has done gyno surgeries for a checkup.
Can always get your nipples pierced, yeah it may not solve the problem but it does give the illusion of reduction at various angles. Way cheaper as well.
**1** I had gyno when I was between 14 - 16 years old; BAD. I was very overweight (technically obese) at the same time. All I ate was pre-packaged, process foods. I lost the gyno completely within one year after I went on a drastic (too drastic tbh) diet and shed about 110lbs. I think it was the combo of the food I was eating (rich in estrogen) and the extra fat (if you didn't know, more body fat = more estrogen, less body fat = lower estrogen AND more testosterone). --
I typically don't watch bodybuilder videos who give advice, but for the most part this is right on the ball, except for the estrogen part. I recently went to my doctor, i have kaiser, had bloodwork done specfically estrogen, hormone, testosterone test as i brought gyno up with my doc and the results came back normal and he said my number is really good and right where it is for someone who exercises. i have gyno and he recently referred me to the breast specialist who im going to see on the 17th, who will give me a dianosis after running some tests and what not, if approved, i could get gyno surgery through kaiser if the problem is a medical issue vs cosmetic. my current suggestion for those who cannot afford surgery is just to lose as much weight, bodyfat as possible, this is going to remove some of the fat around your chest area and reduce the appearance of your gyno, but not rid you of it. do chest exercises like decline, incline, bench press, pushups, and other exercises that help to shape the chest, but not bulk on. my gyno is still pretty bad so im hoping i get this plastic surgry approved
The best hospitals in India charge about INR 88,000 for the surgery. This is a blanket cover for all the hospital billing, doctors fees and post OP medications as well. Although its not covered by insurance but its relatively cheaper. That's like 1300 USD. Its free in some countries as it may be covered by some sort of Government Healthcare scheme like the NHS in UK. But one may need to be a citizen to avail that sort of benefit. A heads up for those who are pro-surgery and want to consider other options.
Hi all, I am 23 years old and I got "gyno". I am working out for 2 years, I was at plastic surgery with it, sadly it doesn't help, it came back like in 1 year. I am on diet 3 months and it helps a lot, its disappearing. In my opinion healthy diet, gym and cardio will kill it. Sorry for my bad english, I want to share my experiences and help others. Good luck guys!
Elliot, it's been a tough road for me man. Worked out like crazy, eat clean, P90X, Lifting weights, hockey, cardio tennis and I am maybe 10lbs over weight but can't get rid of my gyno. it's to the point where I haven't swam, taken my shirt off in public in decades. My wife was like , you know its your only solution and that is surgery. She doesn't care at all but going to the beach, snorkling or swimming is not an option for me right now till I get surgery.
Yo Elliot! I really need a response to this PLEASE! Or anyone else that has any suggestion or could help. I'm almost certain I suffer from gyno, I have the big puffy nipples that stick out and what not, I just don't have the pain, as in they don't hurt when I touch them or push them in? Anyways, I know I need to eat a clean diet and I've been working out for about a month now but puffy nipples are still there. And since I know I need to increase my testosterone levels, I've looked into the ShredZ protein stuff, and they offer a package that comes with testosterone supplement, and I contacted them and they said I have to be 18, but I figure it's just because of safety purposes? Could I still take these supplements? Could it harm me in any way? I'm 16 now. Please help me out here, give me any suggestions or comments, I would really appreciate it! Thanks.
Supplements wont correct puffy nipples bud, if they don't leave you in 2 or 3 years im sorry to say they with you forever. I have done a ton of research on this topic, and it all comes down to going under the knife
How about just accepting your body the way it is? Don't let people tell you how you are supposed to look. A lot of men have 'gyno' and are told it is a 'disease.' Fuck it. Have a healthy body and do the best you can to maintain that health. My wife loves my nipples and sucks the shit out of those beasts - you can get surgery, but only if they are far beyond the range of normal and prevent you from getting a mate. Otherwise, just imagine Eliot's body when he is 65, or look at Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the end, we all look like nut sacks tightly wrapped around shriveled balloons. Nipples won't matter.
FreedInPieces i see your point, but many guys develop a complex about them because not every guy has them. Its a topic people are hesitant to bring up, in fear of being ridiculed. Men shouldn't have to deal with that circumstance
D KK Funny thing I didn´t even know nipple size is a issue before stumbling on this gyno thing in bodybuilding. I mean I always had big nipples that get small and hard when erect and I love to play with them, no jerk off without giving them nipples love brah and like the pec definition with them in shirts and never had a thought that their size is a "medical condition" or bad (which is not, it´s a psychological issue from what I understand after informing myself on the topic)...just shows how stereotypes mess up people if nipples are such a issue. There´s girls with really small flat nipples, can look pretty sexy, I find my "relatively big" nipples pretty sexy, where´s the freaking problem? haha
I have this as well a little bit and I am 27. I am sure this was due to all of the reasons he stated. Surgery may be in my future but I am unsure as I still need to loose some fat and put on some muscle. I have noticed a slight improvement as my diet becomes cleaner and my physique becomes leaner. Stick to incline barbell and dumbell flys. DO NOT DO DECLINE!!!
This needs to be given a thumbs up, I want to let all of you know that if you get gyno surgery to remove your gyno, make sure before thisi s all done you get a full hormone panel done, you need to see if your estrogen levels are normalized now but the gyno is there because at one point it was just elevated too high for too long, or if the estrogen level/hormones are constantly fluxuating and are out of wack, because if thats the case you need to see an endocronologist.
guys dont worry about this shit i have it too i told my parents but they dont have money for surgery but my mom told me something really important she said ''dont worry about this my son they're alot of people all over the world with alot of problems etc etc so idc about it btw im 13 and if it doesn't go away i will just stay natural and nothing more just don't worry about this shit guys this is live try living with this ;)
+Anonymous ™ mate tell your mum shes a fuckwit. If you truly have it wait until you're my age (19). You might not care now just enjoy the time when you're older with it... Good luck mate.
I've had Gyno LUMPS (about 1 inch circle, my left lump is actually bigger than my right so i look even more f*****d up) since i was 14 i am now 20 and i can honestly say its f*****d up my life and will continue to do so until i have them removed, i was very self concious of my self BEFORE i started getting gyno but when i did get it, it just pushed me over the edge and totally destroyed my confidence, self esteem, and now i have got social anxiety and the reason is gyno, im quite a muscular person and have quite low body fat so fat isnt the issue its the fact my nipples stick out and you can visibly see i have lumps under my nipples, it is so hard for me in summer when my friends go to the beach and river because i never take my top of and go for a swim (that doesnt happen now anyways because i dont have many friends now because of one main reason...............GYNO) I F**ING HATE IT
When it comes to problems, you can either push them away or accept them. I have huge fucking nipples, and once I got over it, things fell into place for me. People occasionally try to cut me shit, then I try to charge them for staring at my tits. Almost nobody's body is perfect, and even the 'perfect people' are self conscious, so don't let cultural forces dictate you self-esteem.
Currently sat in hospital recovering from my surgery, trust me paying for it is worth it, it is unlikely to go away on it’s own especially if you’ve had it for 2 years or more. I had it 8 years no excersise or fat loss will get rid of it if you have real gynocomastia it can make your symptoms worse
Ok, I'm 17. Started puberty cycle maybe a year later than average. I've got facial hair between my top lip and nose and on my chin. I have really small amounts of chest hair and thick pubic hair. Literally just noticed this firm lump on my left chest. Right side is fine and completely normal. It's not huge, it's not noticeable at all really, but it's still obvious if you pay deep attention to it. Also the nipple size is bigger on the left aswell, but by a tiny amount. Is it just hormonal changes or is it serious? Replies appreciated
+Andy Summons i had puberty start at around 15 but i started out with one lump in a nipple at 13 and now i hve two pretty big lumps at the age of 16 idk if dis shit stops, but its only a lump at the nipple, not around it.:(
im 18 and ive had them since I was 10 I have since grown to 6'4 and I went from 280 to 305 lbs. that was muscle I put on in 2 months and I still have the pieces of shit I fucking hate it. ive been bullied to and im not gonna take it anymore im sorry for everyone who has it my heart is with you all. so im going to a doctor next Thursday to set up surgery. and when im done im going to get train my ass off until I am 10x as good looking and physically fit as anyone who has made fun of me.. I encourage everyone else who has it too do the same
Gyno cant be permanently solved without surgery :/ However, the more upper chest that you do, the more your chest will protrude from the top and will develop a chest that sits higher up. That means your nipples will not point forward, instead, theyll point down. Instead of bandages, tape, etc., try compressed undershirts or tank tops. I dont know how old you are nor how much experience you have but time is a major factor. Usually, as your body develops, it slowly goes away. Hope this helps.
Pretty sure what he meant was that if you're all ready past your teens, then it doesn't matter how you change your hormone levels. The tissue have become hardened and will not change.
In response to the video and GusMartin2, I had this issue and still do slightly. I recently started taking 6-bromo and eating almost only organic foods and I have seen a great improvement so far.
Broccoli reducing your estrogen levels is caused by the amount of Indole 3 Carbinol found on the vegetable. Indole 3 Carbinol is an aromatase inhibitor which lessens the amount of testosterone that changes into estrogen.
I used to be really skinny till like 4th grade. I stopped playing sports and began eating more junk food. I got a physical and my doctor told me I was 30 pounds overweight but didn't hint at me having Gyno. I think I'm just paranoid. I'm 13, 186lbs, and 6,1"
Aight so from PERSONAL experience meaning this wont apply to everyone but what's happened with me is that since i used to have a fairly large chest and ofc gyno i decided to try start working out the inner and upper part of my chest and what i've found is that after working out the chest the nipples start facing downward so that they're not sticking straight out but also the upper part of my chest is becoming fuller so it becomes harder to notice when looking at the chest from the side. This has helped A LOT since now from the side it looks almost flat even with tighter clothing. Again this is just me, im just sharing what i can which might help some hopefully. In addition, other ways of hiding it are tight singlets under your t-shirt, dark coloured shirts, and jackets when possible, ofc there are other ways but again this is just me
Some people should also know that it isn't always true gyno that is present. Most often it's pseudo-gynecomastia (just that you store fat in the chest). No surgery needed in that case
This video struck a nerve. I can remember the exact DAY and TIME I started suffering from gyno symptoms back when I was 12. I'm 31 now and while I've done what I can to reduce it, this will never go away until I get the surgery. It sucks, and it pisses me off!!!
Letro may work in reversing early gyno, but if the gyno is in fact recent, I think it can be reversed by other means i.e. removing plastics, eating cleaner, drinking non-tap water etc. I personally would avoid Letro in any case.
I don't usually offer advice on youtube. But I see myself as an expert in this area from personal experience, having gyno from 13, still having gyno at the age of 21. Eliot is right. If I have a week of eating "Junk" food, for a few days my gyno is really bad. If I have a week of eating healthy and broccoli before I go to bed, the gyno is reduced LOADS. It is crazy. If you are 100% dedicated, keep your diet clean, gyno is possible to live with. Although, a life without a cheat meal, is hard
hey man, your still young it might go away on its own I still had it when I was 22 so i had to get surgery whatever you do my man dont do any of the pills that idiots say you should just make sure to hit your chest hard and let your body mature in a lot of times it goes away on it own.Stay up Kid
Yea your right 100%! I grew up a vegetarian & in a lot of vegetarian dishes they have soy in them which has a lot of estrogen. So that messed me up . Now im 20 years old with almost "A cups". Best thing i found out to do is workout. Do a lot of chest exercises so your chest gets bigger but your nipple slopes downwards instead of pointing straight forward. Wearing black tee shirts help aswell.
Hi Elliot. I read somewhere that girls now a days have their very early puberty not due to estrogens in our environment, but because of an increased bodyfat percentage, which the female body requires to enter puberty. The same article or whatever it was said that this is also why young female athletes don't enter puberty at the "proper" age, because they have a very low bodyfat percentage. Is there any truth to this?
the solution to gyno is something people often overlook. stop indulging in activities that lower testosterone and the estrogen that contributed to and maintains the excess tissue will be offset by testosterone. Also, lose weight. Excess fat increases estrogen.
I feel compeled to say this: there is Gynecomastia, which is of hormonal cause and mostly irreversable, and Adipomastia, which is just fatty tissue and is totally reversable (very hard, but it is). It's not a well known fact, you can check-in at an endocrinologist so he can have a look and make some tests (hormones and ecography) and he can tell you which one it is and if you can get rid of it.
a good way to lower you estrogen is to be very careful re using plastic bottles for water over and over again, some parts of the plastic breaks away and is an estrogen mimicker, always use fresh plastic bottles for water
It doesnt necessarily mean estrogen... i have this issue and i have very high testosterone its to do with the weather, prolactin, levels due to high dairy consumption..plus bodyfat levels its just chest fat
the soil will restore our natural levels to where it they should be, Zinc, magnesium, b vitamins, D3(depending on location) are essential to feeling/performing at your best. You can't get it all from food anymore, for example If you had a cow that ate grass and a cow that ate frosted flakes(grains) which one would you rather eat? Read up more on epidemiology, and you'll have a more broad understanding of nutrient deficiencies world wide, for specific hormone nutrient requirements there are books
Vegitha786 i had those balls inside when i was 12 i think, i'm 20 now, i don't have them but my tits look a bit like i have gyno, not 100% sure tho, but if i don't have those lumps/balls does it mean i don't have gyno any more?
one possibility for a workout would be incline bench as that works upper pecs. Since your nipples sit on the lower portion of your pecs, and if they are sticking out, by working upper pecs, your upper pecs will stick out making your nipples less "perky".
I read that a narrow grip(just wider than your shoulders) is the most effective at training your upper chest.the bad thing is, it is only a little more effective than a level bench press for upper chest.
You can get rid of pseudo gyno where the stores are just fat. But if the situation is where there is an excess of breast tissue. Surgery is the only option for fixing Gyno. Adjusting your hormone balance cannot reduce the amount of breast tissue.
@Elliott, Don't forget, gynecomastia can be caused from prolactin aswell as estrogen. I agree with your healthy lifestyle advice, the only other area I would have emphasized on (especially teens who stay up late) is the circadian rhythm, which is known to regulate hormones.
You can check it out, but pretty much Eliot is right. It is through your genes that you get this condition. Whereas the XX phenotype refers to characterizing men, the XY is for women. Gyno happens when you have a XXY phenotype.
How come guys who got gyno from roids can get rid of it by taking certain drugs, while guys who got it from puberty can only get rid of it by surgery? Is the fat tissue different in both cases?
I had my surgery done on my right chest at 16, now I am 18, and my left chest is still sunken. Been working out for 4 months now, seem abiiiiiiiiiiiiiit better now, but some skin at the area still feel numb
I had surgery for it last month, hopefully I can live a normal life now :) I hate this fucking shit and I can sympathise with anyone having to live with it. Stay strong guys.
Do you remember the cost of the surgery?
About £4000 in England. My surgeon was Vik Vijh

How did it go?
Nice bro I just got my surgery done yesterday
I hide mine with my chest hair. Tons of the stuff.
ha!
Is it gone now
I just turned 25 and I'm certain that people who are even older than that can see improvements without surgery. People really underestimate how much the "gyno" they have can be shrunk with just weight loss alone, not to even mention making your chest big with muscle which would make the gyno much harder to spot
I'm 14 and I've had this shit since 12
fuck gyno
this shit is ruining my life.
Yes kill me now I fucking hate this
Me too :'(
You're lucky son. I don't mean to give you a big lecture and all, I just wish somebody told me this shit when I was your age.
hawk sie hay i have the same problem, i am 14 and i have had this since i was 12, i am 61 kg and 1.62m high, i am finally started going on a diet and going no walks with my parents, soon i will me going to the gym regularly after school, will this cure Gyno, and also any more tips?? and by the way if anyone replies to this comment telling me the answer i would be very grateful.
lots of broccoli it is
That's just a myth pretty much.
I had the same thing im 18 now and it went! It usually goes within two years for most people, but you just gotta live with it for now fam!
I'm 18, only noticed this when I was about 16 though. Kinda strange considering my voice broke when I was 13 and all the other stuff happened around that age too
***** you know, that is very similar to me, except separate sides
***** puberty bro haha, puberty
May I ask what happened, what did you do and did you manage to reduce it?
I'm gonna start eating a shit load of broccoli
Same
Lmao same af
**2** I think my diet played the biggest role in getting rid of the gyno. I went to a diet (and still practice this now) of all NATURAL food. I remember eating lots of eggs, chicken, natural peanut butter, bananas... notice the trend? Foods that help boost your testosterone levels! I also drank only water. I also worked out with weights/cardio.
Anybody with geno, do this (and other methods) to bring down your estrogen levels and boost your testosterone. This is what helped to get rid of mine.
What if your 18 do you still have time to loose them or do you need surgery
Maybe yeah... Good possibility.
FlyBoy Dill jjh
Thank you and peace out !
oh man im 25.. and im still have it. at the time u said "if youre 25 and u still have it" ... it feels like someone rammed a knife into my heart :(
did u get surgery bro ? im 25 rn :D still have it , but im working on saving money for an surgery.
@@Aftermader na bro..
@@rideout5849 why ? If I had the money I would just get rid of it. Im really happy to reveal my real chest hiding underneeth 💪🏽
Surgery is the only option that's it. I had it since 11 or 10 idk how but I just realised I had it when I was 16. It gave me depression sometimes it really does suck. What I did was started lifting and build my upper chest so that it looks better and it works.
1:05 .. video over.
Yea i agree at least there's a positive side to it. It can be fixed. But still wish it was within our control
Guys just a quick update, i have continued losing weight and have now lost 50kg, my man boobs have started to decrease in size, i recently found out that the chest is one of the last places a man loses fat around, i still have hope.
Name stick with it! i also have a lot of fat on my chest, if i get rid of that things will look a lot better:) and eat healthy: i gave up on milk products 5 days ago and started eating test-boosting foods like avocados, broccoli, lemons, green tea and stuff and it's already gotten alot better! trust me: work out, eat clean(no sugary processed foods), little but good quality meat and do cardio! i think that this way you can get a very long way
Semper Fidelis
Great tips, good luck with it.
Name thanks, the same goes to you
I've managed to significantly reduce mine naturally.

I got it at 12 and I'm 17 and still have it😭😭
freddie perez dont trip dude ive had it since i can remember, i was really young, im 20 now and still have it, i thought i was just fat but i lost a lot of weight and it was still there, now im talking to my doctor about it.
I’ve been thinking about surgery because some day I want to do a bodybuilding show
freddie perez do u still have ut?
Does it hurt until now?
Got mine at 11-12 and I’m 24 and still have it. Hopefully getting surgery!!!
I recently went to my doctor, i have kaiser, had bloodwork done specfically estrogen, hormone, testosterone test as i brought gyno up with my doc and the results came back normal and he said my number is really good and right where it is for someone who exercises.
i have gyno and he recently referred me to the breast specialist who im going to see on the 17th, who will give me a dianosis after running some tests and what not, if approved, i could get gyno surgery through kaiser if the problem is a medical issue vs cosmetic.
my current suggestion for those who cannot afford surgery is just to lose as much weight, bodyfat as possible, this is going to remove some of the fat around your chest area and reduce the appearance of your gyno, but not rid you of it. do chest exercises like decline, incline, bench press, pushups, and other exercises that help to shape the chest, but not bulk on. my gyno is still pretty bad so im hoping i get this plastic surgry approved
any update?

The surgery must have killed him.

Here's your answer guys.

HAHAHAHAAH lmao that's so funny.
lmaooooo i died when he said that.
Got it done yesterday.feel a little pain.it cost me 600 $ .get it done anybody who has it .. believe me it's life changing.
I think I have gyno in my third nipple?
Precisely. I think surgical removal or taking novaldex(aromatase inhibitors) might work.
There´s girls with really small flat nipples, can look pretty sexy, I find my "relatively big" nipples pretty sexy, where´s the freaking problem? haha
***** good mindset to have, but in the bodybuilding world its kinda a big deal. People often get ridiculed about it
I have this as well a little bit and I am 27.
I'm 15, I have gyno, I fucking hate it and it's fucking summer. :'(
patrick goh did it go away bro?
Bigcock Ivan69420 it's not my parent's fault srsly because they don't know nothing about this but i hope this will go away by its own
I doubt it will go on its pal
i just have gynecomastia puffy nipples not pseudo gynecomastia
i will boost my testosterone level and i hope that will work
I've had Gyno LUMPS (about 1 inch circle, my left lump is actually bigger than my right so i look even more f*****d up) since i was 14 i am now 20 and i can honestly say its f*****d up my life and will continue to do so until i have them removed, i was very self concious of my self BEFORE i started getting gyno but when i did get it, it just pushed me over the edge and totally destroyed my confidence, self esteem, and now i have got social anxiety and the reason is gyno, im quite a muscular person and have quite low body fat so fat isnt the issue its the fact my nipples stick out and you can visibly see i have lumps under my nipples, it is so hard for me in summer when my friends go to the beach and river because i never take my top of and go for a swim (that doesnt happen now anyways because i dont have many friends now because of one main reason...............GYNO) I F**ING HATE IT
When it comes to problems, you can either push them away or accept them.
I think i have gyno but i started working out my chest and it actually just makes it look bigger and more shapely rather than like boobies :o
Yeah I think that's what happened to me too
same, my chest actually looks muscular even the nipples
Sancriswolffox yep yep me too
You guys give me hope I have relatively low bf and I'm pretty toned but that makes my nips even more noticeable
Also, never suffered from acne and literally only had 4-5 blackheads over the course of puberty, so far

I encourage everyone else who has it too do the same
i was drinking out of a plastic water bottle while watchin this... FUCK
loooooool
Gyno cant be permanently solved without surgery :/ However, the more upper chest that you do, the more your chest will protrude from the top and will develop a chest that sits higher up. That means your nipples will not point forward, instead, theyll point down. Instead of bandages, tape, etc., try compressed undershirts or tank tops. I dont know how old you are nor how much experience you have but time is a major factor. Usually, as your body develops, it slowly goes away. Hope this helps.
OMG!!! HODGETRIPLET!!!!???
Holy shit, I couldn't think who he reminded me of. Definitely. Haha.
Pretty sure what he meant was that if you're all ready past your teens, then it doesn't matter how you change your hormone levels. The tissue have become hardened and will not change.
Shit
I almost nearly pass out when i work hard. Please help, this is all for some self-confidence and a girl
In response to the video and GusMartin2, I had this issue and still do slightly. I recently started taking 6-bromo and eating almost only organic foods and I have seen a great improvement so far.
That's a great point with environmental causes. Very commonly overlooked. It's awful that sometimes it has to come down to surgery.
Broccoli reducing your estrogen levels is caused by the amount of Indole 3 Carbinol found on the vegetable. Indole 3 Carbinol is an aromatase inhibitor which lessens the amount of testosterone that changes into estrogen.
I don't understand the problem my chest is manly but my nipples are bigger than average but they don't look like manboobs.
I used to be really skinny till like 4th grade. I stopped playing sports and began eating more junk food. I got a physical and my doctor told me I was 30 pounds overweight but didn't hint at me having Gyno. I think I'm just paranoid. I'm 13, 186lbs, and 6,1"
Hey keep fighting bud your worth more then you know everybody is important. so don't worry about it bud you are worth it man.
In addition, other ways of hiding it are tight singlets under your t-shirt, dark coloured shirts, and jackets when possible, ofc there are other ways but again this is just me
dude get it out i did that to after some years it will get bigger
Some people should also know that it isn't always true gyno that is present. Most often it's pseudo-gynecomastia (just that you store fat in the chest). No surgery needed in that case
I just turned 18 and I still have them, If I follow this plan for a year and become a vegetarian, do you think I still have hope?
This video struck a nerve. I can remember the exact DAY and TIME I started suffering from gyno symptoms back when I was 12. I'm 31 now and while I've done what I can to reduce it, this will never go away until I get the surgery. It sucks, and it pisses me off!!!
You might want to try running as well. (not saying you have to run a high number of miles) but it does help.
Letro may work in reversing early gyno, but if the gyno is in fact recent, I think it can be reversed by other means i.e. removing plastics, eating cleaner, drinking non-tap water etc. I personally would avoid Letro in any case.
20 years old, I myself just had surgery to remove it. It is the only way but it is extremely worth it.
Boo Bear can you give some details? Like price? Where you had it done? Recovery time?
I don't usually offer advice on youtube. But I see myself as an expert in this area from personal experience, having gyno from 13, still having gyno at the age of 21. Eliot is right. If I have a week of eating "Junk" food, for a few days my gyno is really bad. If I have a week of eating healthy and broccoli before I go to bed, the gyno is reduced LOADS. It is crazy. If you are 100% dedicated, keep your diet clean, gyno is possible to live with. Although, a life without a cheat meal, is hard
it says it on the packaging. go for grassfed if you cant find organic.
hey man, your still young it might go away on its own I still had it when I was 22 so i had to get surgery whatever you do my man dont do any of the pills that idiots say you should just make sure to hit your chest hard and let your body mature in a lot of times it goes away on it own.Stay up Kid
My son is 10 years old and he has "moobs" does he have gyno or not
Vegitha786 i had those balls inside when i was 12 i think, i'm 20 now, i don't have them but my tits look a bit like i have gyno, not 100% sure tho, but if i don't have those lumps/balls does it mean i don't have gyno any more?
one possibility for a workout would be incline bench as that works upper pecs.
And the shop owner said nothing about estrogen blockers. I was 20 yrs old.
You can get rid of pseudo gyno where the stores are just fat. But if the situation is where there is an excess of breast tissue. Surgery is the only option for fixing Gyno. Adjusting your hormone balance cannot reduce the amount of breast tissue.
@Elliott,
Don't forget, gynecomastia can be caused from prolactin aswell as estrogen. I agree with your healthy lifestyle advice, the only other area I would have emphasized on (especially teens who stay up late) is the circadian rhythm, which is known to regulate hormones.
I am seriously just gonna cut mine off.
I randomly just started getting it like 3 months ago i never did steroids and ive always been in good shape im 22 its fucked up makes no sense
@@Catthatisblue could be from alcohol. Trust me with this, not much is worse for you than alcohol. Alcohol causes everything.
Jim Ross I think it is
Do u still have it?
Bathroom surgery.
as long as you dont train cardio too hard and as long as you are building your muscle and rebuilding with a proper diet
This man could be a doctor. I talked to my doctor about this he gave me a shit/confusing response. Elliot Hulse made it the most simplest thing ever
Avoid using plastics water bottles heating up bags of food in plastic and using plastic spoons.
