You should do a no projectiles (i.e. peas, fumes, melons) adventure mode challenge. I'm currently attempting it. levels 1-1 and 1-2 are obviously impossible, but I'm pretty sure everything else is possible.
There's actually a better way to make it easier, if you got a wave that has no threats (e.g. zomboni, ballon, catapult) use this chance to stack both Ice Shrooms and Doom Shrooms

It's just a regular pool level with 2× speed on it. So not that interesting TBH as all you have to do is be quick.
