The rain was last for more that 3 hours only. It was started from 5:45am and finishes around 10 or 10:30am. I think you are right because it has causes a lot of devastation and even one lost her life...
If u don't know the history, and haven't witnessed the flooding in the 90s at koronubo ba , then i suggest u STF up and go back to ur primitive thinking period! !!

If Monasavu dam was released water would go down to Rewa river not Ba idiot,
So flooded again then Monasavu dam must have been opened again ITS DUE TO A TROPICAL CYCLONE period, accept that and move on and no more dumb comments
