This is debatable, sometimes being cut to pieces would only give you a minor concussion. But in this case he didn’t have his supreme shirt on. But he could still be alive even if he’s not in one piece anymore.
At 1:48 you can see that the body in the ceiling was already there and the camera landed on the floor before the original camera man did. If the guy who went down the red slide went all the way through it, he survived. That body is likely the body of the guy who went down the blue slide.

The remains looked like that of a party goer. Also if the door was that loose it would have swung open as he hit it and not got chopped up. The dumbest thing no one in the comments is not questioning for some reason is how he ended up in the ceiling when the other guy went out the end of the slide. But everyone ignored that,

So anything's possible, but not because it's meaningless. (This is probably an error, but if you step frame by frame at 1:48, a hazmat guy is hanging below an undamaged ceiling rather than in it. Did the backrooms get caught arranging another deception? Maybe.)
