Loved the review and I was genuinely interested in purchasing based on your demonstration. I downloaded the trial. Within 10 minutes I was "trial muted" about 30 times and the offer to buy kept on coming up and blocking the interface display as I was trying to adjust the tone. I just sent ML Sound lab an email telling them how disgraceful I think their tactics are and will just go and buy another neural plugin. Good to see some Aussies having a crack. Keep up the awesome reviews.

Hey this is a really good review , and the sound is really well captured. Wish I’d seen this plugin before ordering my Neural DSP Quad Cortex! (By the way have you done a video on the QuadCortex?)…. Say gday to Alex he’s the best audio engineer on the sunny coast!

I totally agree regarding compression. If you're using it as an effect, for country or funk, that's totally cool, and can sound really good. However, I think a lot of people use it to cover up sloppy playing...
    Great demo, as always!

Really like the clean sound on this amp. Maybe try the Faceman by Nembrini?

Sounds nice, but does it sound like Dumble amp!? I'm not convinced.

We use a Ceriatone OTS Dumble clone on our other demos and it does have quite a similar flavour to that amp! Not sure how close that amp is to a proper Dumble though…

I tried the demo and Pristine and Full preset sounded to me very similar to what Robben Ford sounds when paying clean blues. Ultra clean with clarity and a woody touch on the low end. I really liked it a lot.

Human and other beings find it hard to acquire a dumble.

Terrific-sounding sims from this company but the elephant in the room is their presets system. It is virtually none existent. You can Save a present but if you change a control, like the Delay Time or change a mic, you are unable to update the preset. You need to create a new preset and manually key in the full preset name. And this seems to apply to all of their sims. Managing the presets in these sims is unwieldy. I bought one and am now waiting and hoping this will be corrected. Until then....

I save presets in my DAW instead. Much easier. Makes that problem a non-elephant. 😉

Went with Nembrini, because they just simply take my money. No amount of abjectly begging ML to accept my money yielded any result.

Compress as fuck and get a Dumble Sound!?
