I don't know what it is, but for me fishing at night with lures, is the most exciting fishing experience of all. I fish for seabass on the french tatantic coast, and on full moon nights, i stay until 3 am sometimes, because the heavy weight champions come out of their holes.
They come out at night to feed

I have been fishing the bay a lot more since I found your channel. This makes me want to try night time. You also have had nice calico action on the jetty at night. I usually like to fish the incoming tide , but it isn’t always incoming when I can fish. I am learning spot for the outgoing tide. Man that was was epic SB action. One of the largest SB I’ve seen . Well done and thanks for the inspiration.

How do you like the tranx 150 how much torq can the 150 handle for big inshore top game species?
I’ve used the tranx 200 deep sea caught a small yellow tail was able to handle well but did take a bit to reel up
I like the Tranx 150. This reel is an 8:1 gear ratio, it has a fast retrieve. I typically use a 6:2 or 7:1 gear ratio, I think a Tranx in those specs will fit my needs better
