Got it! On the Xbox Series X/S, Sonic Unleashed can indeed run at 60 FPS thanks to the FPS Boost feature. This makes for a much smoother and more responsive experience compared to the Xbox One. As for the PS3, Sonic Unleashed does have some areas where the frame rate can vary, but it generally doesn’t reach 60 FPS consistently due to the hardware limitations of the console.
It's been a while since I've grinded this but if I remember correctly, you'll want to drill into the right side of the rock pile. It gave me roughly 90% success rate at the time
