As far as I am concerned this is theft by omission. The school knew that withholding this information it would affect what scholarships that the students would get and their placement in schools.
So is anyone shocked that a bunch of underperforming adults who have to hide in high school for their adult lives feel entitled to rip off high-performing students just to settle their unresolved childhood issues? I'm certainly not. That childish move describes almost every public school teacher I've ever met.
Parents, PLEASE ASK YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL WHAT THE GRADING POLICY IS. MANY SCHOOLS are giving between 25% & 50% to students THAT DO NOTHING.... This done in the name of increasing graduation rates NOT WHAT IS BEST FOR KIDS!!!!
