- Hello! Finally i finished this New York Inspired Street! if you follow me already for a longer time you probably know how much i like to build New York / New York inspired builds. I'm obsessed with the townhouses and penthouses. So here i am back with another new york inspired build. This time a little bit more like a chic neighborhood. It has one Family Townhouse, Restaurant, Gym, Coffee Shop and a Bubble Tea Shop. So you can use this lot in more ways. I hope you like it!

all these buildings could've been debug and i'd still be impressed by the arrangement, but the fact that only a few of them were and the rest were custom-built is astounding. as a new yorker myself, this build made me feel like i was looking through the upper west side. you've got yourself a sub.

J adore le rendu ça va tellement avec le camp et je verrais bien 1 petit bar sur 1 des petits terrains voisins dans le même esprit moi qui ne savait pas quoi faire sur cette map alors que je la trouve tellement jolie du coup les idées sr bousculent 😊 merci

WOW..made me wish I was playing the sims 4...HOWEVER, there's NOTHING better than the sims 2!
For building I really like The Sims 4 but for gameplay definitely The Sims 2 or 3.✨🫢

Thank you!✨ do you mean which lot type as in restaurant etc? To me it depends on what i need if i want my sim to go the gym i change the lot type into that.🤣🫢 But i believe there are also mods where you can have more then one lot types. (If that’s your question).

Hab einen mod gefunden wo man mehrere Grundstück arten auf einen Grundstück haben kann. Hab es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich werde berichten ob es klappt
