Tracers in csgo-surf are lines that show where the person moved. Most of the time it shows the last 1-5s of movement as a line on the floor or following the origin of the player. ( In between their feet.)
It could also be where a person is looking (myb only in scope?). Or the Minecraft thing: the line that shows you where you need to aim to see the enemy. Sometimes these are just arrows that you can only see if the enemy is off-screen.
