Get the police involved with some video evidence that shows what led up to it and charges will be brought against the person who deliberately pushed you with his car. And then once the criminal case goes to trial and the Defendant has all charges dropped upon completing 10 hours of Community Service, you can sue him in a civil trial that will be settled out of court for a few thousand dollars. That's the practical reality of how these things work out even when you REALLY petition for maximum punishment.
