There was this 8th grade girl who came to school with a mask (This was in March) she was also Asian and people started bullying her for wearing a mask. She was also relatively new, so I was really sad when my friend told me. It's sickening that people are blaming Asians for something that they never started in the first place! We were already in America when Steve first popped up! Don't put the blame on the people who are doing wayyy better.
Blame the Karens and those Florida partyhorses for spreading the virus. They really have to go away, not Asians.
I am half so I got off easy. No one realized I was Asian except those who saw my dad or those who knew me. Some others didn't get off so easily.

I've had a Compromised Immune system since age 5 and now am 47 so I guess I have been practicing for a Pandemic my whole life. Wash your hands, if I don't feel well stay home, just Common Sense. I work in retail and since this video came out at least 30 of my regular customers have died from covid and I've known some people who've had covid. This is serious people.

Yer here in New Zealand its pritty much back to normal. They still have the logging apps up so I don't have to member every shop I went in this weekend but everything open. And not as many people needed the government payouts as was thought so we have left over funds for if another wave hits us. Sure we have people who are looking for work but we hired like three new team members just last week and customers are still spending their money so winning over here. Our biggest struggles are the amount of kiwis we are letting come home and the fools who tried to leave their hotels before their quarantine was up. We are starting to make them pay for it now tho so hopefully that will slow the amount that wanted a free holiday.
