My father was the production manager of the McLaren F1. I flew us to Le Mans in 1995, to watch this car storm to victory. I must say, this is the best built, most detailed recreation I have seen of this iconic car. Sincerely well done to you, sir! Best wishes.
I'm totally in awe of your model making skills. Attention to detail just incredible. Over the 8 months, how many hours do you think you spent on the project? Stunning.
Fantastic build. But I am pretty sure the GT 1 decal on the left hand door is round the wrong way. besides that your attention to detail is a sight to behold.
@@gtziaf Good day sir, I am making the same model here, MFH 1/12 GTR F1, however, I found interior wires/cable management/ addon, can be such tricky thing to accomplish, please allow me to send some pictures about my current progress and also some questions if ou dont mind providing your email address. cheers and thank you so much
Thank you for this video :) So cool. Were all of these parts in the kit? Or did you add some details like the cables for example? looks ultra realistic.
Thanks for your comment. Yes, I scratch-built a lot of parts to make the kit meet the real thing. All of them are included in this video. Also, many cables, wires, hoses were added to make it more accurate.

Even after watching, I don't know how the heck you do this but it's INCREDIBLE!
Great build and great results of an iconic car.
Hoping to build this kit one day but currently not in production but hoping for re release. 👍👍

Thank you, mate. You are right, the decal is a silly mistake, but really, in such a difficult kit, the concentration is easy to lose.
Amazing build of amazing kit with a very well done video. Thanks for sharing it! I really enjoyed it. 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you mate
