So tired of these paid UA-cam videos sponsored. They sent me one earring instead of two, takes 2 weeks as it comes from China. Customer service is non existent. I do not recommend.
Hey, sorry you had a bad experience with them. I based my review purely on the product quality, but didn’t have any experience with customer service. I do check brands prior to accepting products and overall ratings for Linjer are very positive. But if you can’t get in touch with customer support I saw that people left reviews on trustpilot where their customer support replies to as well, maybe try that if you haven’t yet.
