I've just added an image of a bad ass desktop background. Its a dragster on FLAT desert with a huge tornado in the background. This is all mountainous. Isn't there a flat, desert stage in the game?
The Game Couldve been alot cooler if it was brutal like Motorstorm / FlatOut, especially with an apocalyptic atmosphere i believe, and more of those storms you see in the trailer, bandits chasing you in convoys in the open world or vice versa
essentially motorstorm in an open world.... and essentially what a next gen motorstorm would be.... not saying fuel is anywhere near motorstorm.... but if a next gen version of this is on the cards, im guessing it will be open world but 10x everything! heard fuel was big and empty and the races? if you could call them races was mostly you on your own once you got to the front for about 6 mins.... its why i didnt rush out and buy this, i was waiting for this to go down in price... it looked good at the time for a studio not backed by sony etc.... but then reviews said it looked massive and empty to be fair and it was being compared to burnout paradise which was much better etc and the motorstorm series which was much better
Yeah it's an open world but checkpointed so it's not ENTIRELY open - you still have a basic 'best line' to follow, there's just some freedom to it. I really liked the game. If Microsoft buys Asobo like some are rumouring, I kind of hope they get the chance to build out a true next-gen racer like this.

Wish it was available on PC. The hidden and forgotten gem from my childhood. This game needs proper remake and proper multiplayer

Instant crash like when driving into water. Sucks that there's no tornadoes in free roaming for further testing.

The quality isn’t bad for a video made ten years ago.
720p with high bitrate remains pretty solid for UA-cam uploads. I wish UA-cam allowed for higher bitrate - would make videos look a lot better.
