The only ones I think don't look particularly good are ones based on tradition like the headwear of the British Queen's guards, the fan hats of India and the uniforms of the Vatican's Swiss Guard. But again those are based on tradition and are somewhat sources of national pride for their respective countries. At the end of course you and I are speaking of opinions anyway. Having been in the military myself there are a collection of uniforms that I like better and worse than others so I may be biased myself.

It isn't just about the Navy's. Even the uniform of the marines, the one they use in photos, are ugly as fuck.
