If you will click on the little thing to expand the video, you can see each thing used is announced on the screen. So I believe the first thing she puts on is Acrylic paint. Then glue, right before she puts the napkin on. Then after, varnish. Please rewatch it and make sure I didn't miss anything. Have fun!
