As a Shawol, I have to admit this song sounds better than Taemin's "Ace" or "Danger".
I'll be honest here...i've never completely listened to Ace :X
I really like Shinee though! It's just that Jonghyun's solo was more to my tastes... And I really loved Niel's solo album as well :) it was really easy to listen to
To me , "Ace" is stronger than "Lovekiller" performance and vocal wise . Don't get me wrong I love both songs , but I was hoping for a bit more "oomph!" . I'm sure Niel won't disappoint 👏
Vocally, I prefer Niel's voice...i really like his distinctive tone. It's very smooth and sultry. Personally, I like Onew's voice the most in Shinee. I think Taemin has improved a lot though and it shows. I can see why people like Ace even though it's not really my kind of thing. I actually prefer chill medium-tempo stuff compared to stuff like Danger...In the end it's a matter of tastes :)

omg, niel, you have grown so much. i remember when he had a rough start in the beginning of teen top. first some people said he was ugly...lips are weird...then he sang too much...if its not one thing its another.

Wish people could stop commenting other singer in niel's video. Both of them are known to look alike like wayyy before this album is released. Coincidentally, both love MJ. Both have similar body structure (skinny). For the hair, niel have this hairstyle in exito album, but dyed black for exito repackage, and he remain like this.
It's just not pleasant seeing such comments when other idols are working their ass off to get notice.

Pretty sure the MJ concept has been done by other kpop idols before as well. The only difference between Taemin and other kpop idols is that Taemin is from SM.

Taemin is amazing and i love that they are doing tributes to the one and only king of music MJ. lmao x'D this whole Niel stole Taemin's concept thing is just stupid tbh I mean it doesn't make sence at all x'D because :
1. Taemin also "copied" someone (MJ), although I prefer to say "was inspired by"
2. The MJ concept "belongs" to Michael Jackson and not Taemin
3. Niel was inspired by MJ and not Taemin
4. Niel has been preparing his solo album since about 2 years ago now so he can't possibly have copied Taemin anyway even if he wanted to
5. If you look at Teen Top's MV's you'll see that they all either have MJ styled choreography or concept.
6. Niel has had his black hair and middle parting since EXITO repackaged album which you can see in their "I'm Sorry" MV.
7. artists own their music, and music videos but not their concepts. They can't add a trademark to their concepts I'm afraid so there is not such thing as "stealing" a concept because it doesn't "belong" to anyone in the first place. Even if that person really did make up that concept.
So to conclude Taemin was inspired by Michael Jackson and Niel didn't copy Taemin because his song and concept had already been decided on WAY before Taemin even knew he would be releasing a solo album.
End of story now let's all go back to watching either Niel or Taemin (or both if you love both of them like me) and leave each other in peace thanks ^^ ♥
