Thanks for sharing this, I love the channel and look forward to what's to come. I have a similar background with collecting and still have a lot of my original toys and systems from when I was a kid, as well. Though with our second child being born this past August, I've decided to sell off some of the collection. things I haven't really touched in 2 decades. The big challenge will be cataloging everything.

I'm like you, and I feel like we’ve had a similar journey. I was born in 1994, and my first video game console was the Nintendo 64. I too developed a passion for toys and hoarding from a young age (I was 2 years old), and since then I’ve amassed a large toy collection myself. Like you, I couldn’t bring myself to sell off toys I no longer played with because they held memories and sentimental value for me, but most of my childhood toys are either broken or stored in bins away in my basement. I will say I didn’t “officially” start collecting toys for display until I was 13. I am now 29 and have a large collection of Star Wars, Nintendo, and other figures myself. Keep collecting! :-)
That awesome! I’m glad you were able to experience a similar childhood. I know so many people that regret selling all their old toys or are upset that their parents threw them out. I’m glad you managed to keep yours despite some being broken.

Super underrated channel. I am 25 and have been collecting seriously for a decade although I have some childhood toys as well. Just graduated with my second degree and have nearly 1000 figures. Unlike Adam, mine will never be passed on 😅😂😂😂

Gotta ask: Is the "World Of Halo" line dead? Was it your video (I think it was your interview with Jazzwares when they/you showed the Superfly Neon Warthog) that they hinted at a "direct to consumer" option in 2024?

Thanks so much Dylan! I’m definitely still hungry for Halo. You are correct, the hint was 2024 for their dtc. So I’m really hoping we get an update here within the next month or so. At NY toy fair there was a few WOH special boxes displayed at their booth. No one could get crystal clear images of them unfortunately, just shakey half second videos. So that tells me the line is definitely still alive and that they’re figuring out distribution.

I just wanted to ask, do you know what's going on with Jazwares Halo? I mentioned this months ago in the Jazwares interview stream but I'm still worried. Their product hasn't been in stores in my area for over a year. I can only purchase them on Amazon. And they've been silent since the Con where they revealed the newest wave of Spartan Collection figures, than nothing. Do you have any idea why they've stopped revealing new things, and stopped having their products on store shelves? I really don't want to see this Halo license die, I love their figures.
It seems like they’re going to be pushing for products on their website that is supposed to be dropping this year!
