Ran my bag back up something stupid. 10x focused, back healthy, working out multiple times a week, sleeping way better, back mentally sharp, composed, all the fog,mood swings and negative overthinking has left and I've went on 2 vacations with my ol lady,everybody around me eating good, feeling good and are 100% supportive. Cut off all the bad associates, stayed away from lazy ass, excuse making, self destructive,hating ass people who do nothing but try to sabotage your progress. Tuned out all the noise, drastically reduced social media usage,gave all the glory to God and the level up started happening in no time. Just give it time. It will happen.
