When you get unreal if you die off spawn or something do you go down and maybe even get back to champion?

No once you hit unreal you can never go down. You will always stay unreal for the rest of the season.

My ping is actually not that low. Beginning game I have around 25-30 and late game it shows the "faker" lower ping. I have cable internet not fiber sadly but if I did I can be way lower but not available where I live.
