I think the blonde boy in the black cardigan who talks all the time has a mental handicap. I also had a mentally disabled classmate in middle school, they look very normal on the outside, but they have mental disabilities. I hope they always meet understanding and kind people.
@@yourgalliv5365 I guess they were bringing it up bc they were pretty much there the entire 2 hours and it’s kind of hard not to miss someone going back and forth especially when it’s directly behind them, they acknowledged that but wasn’t being disrespectful at all so idk why you’re questioning why they brought it up when it’s a public comment section and they’re free to say whatever
