A PDF of the organ concert programs will be posted online on the organ concert event page for all patrons who are interested: tabchoir.org/pipingup
Both Temple Square organs will be featured in the concert series. Audiences will be able stream concerts featuring the famed iconic Salt Lake Tabernacle organ from June 22 to July 10. The concerts will move to the Conference Center organ beginning on July 13 to accommodate scheduled renovations to the Tabernacle organ.
(Please note: this event is filmed without an audience.)
Noon organ recitals have been a tradition on Temple Square for more than a century. The current pandemic has halted this tradition temporarily, but now via the internet the noon organ recitals will resume without an audience but with full COVID-compliant precautions. The five accomplished Tabernacle and Temple Square organists Richard Elliott, Andrew Unsworth, Brian Mathias, Linda Margetts, and Joseph Peeples will be featured in a new concert series. The concerts will be presented three times each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00 noon. (mountain).

Wonderful seasonal organ lit. And, terrific background, historic information. The few universities that even offer Organ programs in the USA these days are hard-pressed to provide organ lit classes, and there certainly isn't ONE TEXT that contains all that Dr.Howard gives us in each PIPING UP recital. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, Luke.

Fantastic performance. Would like to hear the A-S soon, especially since the Conference Center acoustic is dead-dead-dead, and the Schoenstein Vox Humana (voice used in the Guilman) can't play off the awesome ambience the Tabernacle organ possesses.

This week I've had a hard time finding the live stream of Piping Up. Any suggestions?
