@wastelandfirebird - Hey there, thanks for a brilliant video as always! I spoke with James, the owner of the Mangusta (and the nice jacket) and he wants to apologise to you and everyone else because he got the name of the Lamborghini Miura designer wrong! It wasn't Dalara it was Marcello Gandini! He got them mixed up in the excitement, Dalara was the famous engineer and chassis designer of the Miura, and Marcello Gandini was the designer who recently sadly passed away... Thanks again!
Hello Birdo Gang!!!! Thank you so much for watching and supporting us! We’ll be spending this Sunday at Eastern Creek to attend the 4WD Adventure Show!
I did like you featured that mid 1990s Toyota Camery made in Australia as for the other cars wow the Mongusta and you are right the Detosmo the reliable exotic sports car from Italy because they used a Ford V8
You will have to watch the famous Peter Sellers' ( from the Pink Panther movies ) movie of him playing a young rich Indian playboy, arriving at a funky 60's / 70's luxury LA house party, with all the hilarious things that befall him, in this techno house - at the beginning he turns up in a 3 wheel Morgan. 😂 - " The Party " 1968.
Can you give an example of what part was hard to hear? I use 2 mics, one on me and one on the camera. I can switch between them when editing, but usually I just leave them in stereo like that. I don't put mics on people and I don't carry around a handheld mic. Do you think I should? I think if I did, it would detract from the fun a bit.
@@vicmarmara1393 Are you listening with headphones? I can see where that might not sound as good. I do a run-through with headphones on to clean it up as much as possible but it will always sound a bit weird with 2 mics on 2 channels that don't correspond to left and right. When I collapse the 2 channels into one, it sounds bad in a different way. I think it's just something we have to deal with when we are shooting run-and-gun. If I carried around a handheld mic I wouldn't be able to do spontaneous cartwheels and stuff!

I should have done deeper research, oops! I did check but I didn't check deeply enough, apparently.

Eclectic. Vastly more interesting.
The left over V8's from the XE Falcon, when Ford stopped making V8 cars in Australia for a period - were bought by De Tamaso ( sp ? ).
3:34 I think those car events are called Variety bash cars.. Same idea of the S@$% box rally but donate money to different charities each time...
