Nicole was my mentor she taught me how to run a excellent agency. I took her course in 2021 and made well over $5Million in Revenue. We service over 70 facilities and I truly get to help the patient's. Nothing in life is easy but when you get your time to spend back with your family and for yourself. Its worth it. I was an nurse for 14 years and loved every moment of it. But i get to help people on a larger scale. Nothing is easy, but I would not trade it for the world. I will recommend nicole to Anyone!!

After watching this video I went and paid Dr Nicole to do her 5 day "How to start a Medical Staffing business" course. Was quite disappointed to be honest. The course did not provide any valuable information about starting an agency, but she talked about mind set, a lot about her being the best and some Bible verses and upselled us a high ticket course (over $30,000) promising to cover all the details.

I was a consultant in healthcare for a decade and went into staffing right before pandemic we got close to 10 mil year two based on crisis rates. I built it under the umbrella of an existing agency who had not tapped into travel nursing. Since then hospitals cut bill rates and the industry as a whole is no longer easy. Nurses want the crisis pay to travel and are taking perm roles. My mistake was only focusing on travel contracts. Diversify if you go into this industry!

Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars is her real price for the medical staffing course.
Her real course "Grow" that teaches how to start a medical staffing firm costs $55,000 and lasts for six months.
Her "Launch" course lasts 8 weeks and costs $33,000.
If you are not ready to spend at least $33,000, you may as well save your money, unless you only need "motivation to believe that you can do the business".
Her "Thrive" course costs $125,000, but is only for people who have already earned at least $1,000,000 (one million) dollars.
Her 5 Day course is "$97" because it teaches absolutely nothing about how to "actually launch a medical staffing firm".
The VIP upgrade which is "$297" only allows people to ask questions about very basic information.
The info is helpful to "make you excited", but does nothing to show you how to launch a medical staffing agency.

There's a huge shortage in medical staff. My husband worked as a phlebotomist a few years ago. Medical assistants make around 13 dollars an hour... so less than working at McDonald's.
When I started ivf they wanted him to randomly go to the covid ward and draw their blood out of no where. He typically worked in the lab. He told them no... he didn't want to risk me being sick and a miscarriage and losing that money, etc. They fired him. Never did anything else.
He went and got a job at Amazon and started out making more. He also started a side business and we're working on expanding it so he can work on that full time instead.

God knew what her plans were, she didnt know. She knew what she wanted Flexibility! Time with family, freedom and money and serve others well. What she didnt know was that job, position was not for her. God closed that door and open many many more where she could serve God, others, have time, freedom and money. Remember our plans are unmatched to God's plans for us. All we have to do is listen and move and know God Is💕

Hi, Louisiana is an "At will state," meaning they don't have to give you a reason.. they can just say, "it's not working out," and you are out of there. I was fired as a therapy supervisor once because "i wasn't bubbly enough!" She heard me and another supervisor discussing new homes. She heard me mention a particular neighborhood and almost jumped through the roof, "saying,
.that place is expensive, I can't even afford to live there".. next 3 days, she called in HR and fire's me. I laughed and was like girl bye! Had another job 2 days later. The only reason "at will" doesn't work here if it's full out discrimination or injury, and you'd better have your proof, and I mean PROOF! 😊

Healthcare staffing is over saturated right now, but Nicole continues to sell her $30K course. Many of the big medical staffing agencies are laying off staff. Nursing homes are not reliable payors. I know agency owners who are owed 6 figures from nursing homes that have not paid them. I have owned an agency over 12 yrs. I would not do it right now. Writing this on Dec 15, 2023.

I am a little disappointed that she literally dances around the questions that Myron asked her. As a Registered Nurse for 34 years, I can tell you that no business is all good. Yes, you can make money as a healthcare staffing agency but it is very, very hard in the beginning to get yourself in the facilities/hospitals because the business is saturated. There are some big organizations who managed to monopolize the business and as an agency owner you only eat when they throw you some scraps. I don’t like when people are not telling the truth! Let the people know what they are getting into. I don’t know you lady, but I don’t trust you. Tell the people the truth, some people are willing to do the work. When you pay someone to coach you in that business, make sure you know what you are getting yourself into and ask for receipts. They keep taking your money and never get you anywhere. That’s why she is teaching. Just saying!!! Be smart with your money.
