INDOMIE PUDDING FRIED EGGS
Inspiration = Dapur Lielis
Recipe = Modification by Soim Ahmad
Ingredients A (Basic Pudding)
-3.5 gram agar agar powder / pack
-75 grams of sugar
-1/4 tsp salt
-3 packs of pop ice race manga
-1 tbsp cornstarch
-1250 ml of water / can be replaced with full cream liquid milk
-sck, orange coloring
-sck, dark yellow & light yellow dye
Ingredient B (Vla milk)
-4 tbsp cornstarch
-4 tbsp sugar
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp vanilla paste
-400 ml full cream liquid milk (more economical can be mixed)
-1 tbsp margarine/butter
-sck, dark yellow dye
-sck, brown dye
Ingredients C (Milk Pudding for chicken thigh pudding, pickle pudding & fried egg base pudding)
-3.5 gram agar agar powder / pack
-50 grams of sugar
-1/4 tsp salt
-350 ml full cream liquid milk (can be mixed with water)
Note:
- light green & dark green coloring, for pickling cucumbers
-purple dye, for red onions
-orange coloring, for carrots
-Dark yellow & brown coloring, for grilled chicken or fried chicken
This recipe yields 10 cups of 200 ml.
