Your Sweet Woodruff info card at 13:12 minutes says " Boxwood". I was collecting some info about many suggestions. You may already know. Thanks, great info. Very helpful!

Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for the oversight. Creating a list tailored for Zone 10, especially for those sunny areas, is a great idea. Here are some evergreen ground cover plants that thrive in Zone 10's warmer climate: Lantana montevidensis - Offers colorful flowers and thrives in full sun. Trailing Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis 'Prostratus') - Great for sunny spots, with the bonus of aromatic leaves. Sedum 'Gold Mound' - Drought-tolerant and provides beautiful golden foliage. Ice Plant (Delosperma cooperi) - Vibrant flowers and excellent heat tolerance. Creeping Thyme (Thymus serpyllum) - Hardy and drought-resistant, perfect for sunny areas. Jasmine Minima (Trachelospermum asiaticum) - Hardy, low-maintenance, and offers beautiful foliage. Beach Sunflower (Helianthus debilis) - Native to Florida, it loves the sun and is drought-tolerant. Blue Daze (Evolvulus glomeratus) - Offers lovely blue flowers and enjoys full sun. We'll strive to include a wider range of zones in our future content to better serve all gardeners. Thanks again for your suggestion, and happy gardening in Zone 10! 😊💚"
Japanese spurge? It’s pachysandra, which looks great by itself around a tree, say, but for heaven sakes don’t let it get near your flower garden. It will creep slowly but relentlessly into your beds, and yanking out those thick underground runners will also yank out any plant that have fallen prey to it.
Thank you so much I really enjoy this I love propagation and stratification these are beautiful beautiful
That gold Splash looks great in Spring.
English Ivy is considered invasive in the US
I can't get rid of it 😢
its as much of a nuisance in the uK too, only difference is its native.
It can be if you don't take care of it
Walk around in the yard get outside and you will see what you need to do and just trim

I would also add Cerastium and Creeping jenny to the list. The video is great👍
Creepng jenny is an invasive
Excellent information about perennial ground covers, with details of plants ,❤
Can you please make a list for zone 10, more sunny parts of the US? All of the plants in your list are for lower zones 😢

@@PlantDoHomeGarden thank you so much!
Periwinkle is invasive. and impossible to get rid of.
😱😱😱😱😱
Don't I know it 😥
And ivy. Ugh.
@@traceybaldwin6509 I've got that, too 😖
Wintercreeper is, as well, in some zones. Even where it's not, it will crowd out native plants that would be beneficial.
Periwinkle is very evasive, I have it in my garden together with ivy from Nieghbours gardens
That candy tuft spreads everywhere, i wouldnt have it if it was given to me. Real nuisance.
The only thing those info cards are sorely missing? Whether or not rabbits and deer will go after the plants. 😭
wah wah iTs invAsIvE!
This episodes as*hole jokester.
Most are invasive
Isn’t that the idea? Got to keep an eye on all ground cover

I can’t believe this poster doesn’t say anything about the invasive nature of about a third of these recommendations. No caveats whatever.
Bugleweed is a weed.
So is Periwinkle/Vinca Minor.
But it is also a beautiful groundcover. Especially chocolate chip ajuga.
and invasive.
and invasive.
Too many Invasives on the list
Only in the USA I think, because I have most of these in my garden (the Netherlands, Europe), and they're not invasive at all.
