Warehouse behind the house. Very classy
Winter park has some oddities for sure like tear down houses next to mansions, trains behind million dollar homes, and gentrification/businesses near nice streets. All of this is part of the eclectic charm as well as proximity to amenities and restaurants people like, and are willing to forgive some location items given their price range. Obviously If you can afford more, the Via’s would be a more quiet and larger homesite place to look.
Moving to central Florida in about five years coming from Philly
Sweet! I'll be here- when you get about 1.5 years away we can start looking at new construction builds possibly. Not sure what prices will be like then, hopefully lower interest rates!

This home had 4 bedrooms (or 3 plus office) and a loft, and 3 full bathrooms. It sold for $1.4M last year

The master is downstairs and an office so not huge inside- Winter park is known for walkability so many of the homes near Park ave and more walkable areas are on narrower lots. The same holds true for Laureate Park Lake Nona
