What about the safety measures, do anyone can record and can sell it , does payhip have DRM technology to avoid recoding and piracy
Hi! For video lessons you are able to choose whether the customer is able to download them. Unfortunately there is no way to prevent screen recording - even the most security intensive measures such as DRM can still be cracked and make piracy possible. If you do find that someone is sharing your content without your permission you are in full control and can remove their access from the course. You also get an activity log for all your students so can monitor for any suspicious activity. Hope that helps! Feel free to reach out with any other questions to contact@payhip.com
Once you have created the course, I was viewing as a student, I couldn’t find the logout or sign out button to do more work on my course later. Where is that located?
Hi there. There isn't a logout button, however, within the course, there is a "Back to Dashboard" link in the top-left hand side of the screen just below the course title. This will take the student back to their dashboard where they can view all their prodcuts.

Hi. What is the max file size for each video that I can upload in my course?
HI there, if you are using our default Payhip Videos system, we can support up to 4GB per video file you upload.
This video was super helpful. I have a question. I can't find dimensions for any of images.
I see that when I upload an image that replaces the image that is there -- great! However, I can't find the dimension for the banner to customize the students section and some other dimensions on the site.
The profile pic says "At least xx pixels" which is helpful. I've searched for "dimensions" "image sizes" "picture dimensions" on site and can't find anything. Where would that be? Thanks!
Hi there, you can change the image dimensions or how they're displayed on your store by changing their aspect ratio. In the store builder, there's a setting inside the Collection section that lets you change this. Please send us an email at contact@payhip.com if you need further instructions. :)
@@payhip Thanks! What I need to know is what exact dimensions the banners and other images to know what to change them to. If I know, I can just make it that way in Canva or GIMP. For instance, is the banner 1080 x 768 pixels or 400 x 1500 or what? There are very few exact dimensions listed on site. Then it takes a lot of trial and error to figure it out.

I created my course yesterday,. I want to amend my sales page/store page. I have tried to unpublish but I cannot see the option to do this. Does this mean I will have to delete the course and start again. My next question would it be possible for you to create a UA-cam video that walks you through adding the checkout link if you have created a sales page using Canva. I followed your written instructions and the link has failed.
Hello, in order to edit your sales or store page, please navigate to your Store Builder. If you'd like to modify your course product specifically, you can access it through the "Products" tab, and then click on the "Manage" button followed by "Pages" or "Publish" tabs.

Hi!! You can sell through Payhip from anywhere in the world. However, please know that we integrate with PayPal/Stripe as payment processors so you would need to check if your payment processor operates in your country.

Is it possible to include a course in the membership area?
Hi Julian. To do this you would need to create the membership and course as separate products. You can then paste the link to the course in a post in the membership area.
Do you offer one click upsells and order bumps in the checkout?
Hi! We have two features that may fit your needs. Cross Selling allows you to offer a discount when the buyer has a specific item in their cart while Upgrade Discounts allow you to offer a discount after the purchase of a specific product. You can add both these discounts by navigating to the Marketing page in your Dashboard.
