Made the mistake of buying a Fire tv instead of a Roku tv amd now two yrs later Im using a Roku Stick on the Fire tv. I just didnt wanna throw away the tv itself.. Roku runs sooo much smoother and faster! The last straw with fire tv was that Hulu and Disney werent working.. youre watchin a show and sends you to the Home page randomly. Also the remote is rough and you gotta click many times for it to respond and now the Adds on the home page take the whole screen and are loud AF. Ill buy a Roku tv next time
There’s videos all over UA-cam that show you how to download 3rd party apps. It’s takes about 10 minutes to be able to stream live tv and watch almost any movie you want.

Nope, never had any trouble with connectivity. Have about 7 of these and have used on multiple location int including taking it mobile to hotel, gf’s house etc etc. Never a problem.

I've been through more than 20 IPTV services and I kept the best two that I like. This includes two services so That's about 20,000 channels and thousands of movies and TV shows on demand.

That's the same reasons not to but a Roku and yet Roku to me is the best streaming device. It's clean simple and if you have multiples will come reach other so you don't have to do each manually.
I've had Firestick, Chromecast, Shield,and apple tv. . .smoothest default experience is apple. . .all of them are full of ads, but the easiest to mod are the shield and chromecast, though (at least when I used it) the firestick mod support community was huge. My personal tv has Shield, the rest of the house has chromecasts, Firesticks are used as my "travel" stick, gave apple tv away to someone that is already deep into apple ecosystem. They all work well enough, You just have to decide how much cost vs effort vs ecosystem you wanna put into your streaming stick. Though what I will say is that no remote tops the 2nd gen Firestick remote, simple layout and no weird app buttons and an ir blaster if you need it (though the ir blaster has to be configured through a Firestick)

Most apps overseas apps only work temporary unless you pay any free apps the minority of the time works for a while simply to many people use it tends to buffer

There are several options out there including Android tv boxes and Nvidia Shield Boxes. Why do you think they sell massive amounts of them? Exactly!!

I personally have had other devices, and I always come back to my fire cube. Yes, just like a fire stick except you have twice as much storage. And I’ve never had any of the problems that you state. I set up fire sticks for other people, and I live in a foreign country, and I have no issues. I still think it’s the best device out there. You can’t be for real! You post things like this, instead of informative information, and I will unsubscribe to your videos. I don’t need this kind of stuff.

The apps with free channels aren't as reliable or clear as the IPTV services but here are a few good ones... Rapid streams Pluto TV and TV Mob
