- I didn't have a new video for this week, but I've been going through my Photobucket trying to make sure I have everything backed up because they were going to delete my content if my account remained inactive. So I cut them one final payment to get back in, and have gotten all my photos. I also ran across some ancient video clips that never made it to UA-cam or may have been deleted at some point. Most of them are like 6 seconds that I'll maybe try to put up as shorts, but this one was long enough for a true upload. This is the high speed companion video to the 10 second low speed clip of this particular fan, originally recorded in 2008. I don't have a clue why this isn't already on here, but oh my, look how far the content on this channel has come. 😂 The quality from the Photobucket download is extremely poor, but I love sharing anything like this I can dig up, since I've lost most of my old raw footage from the early years.

Wow I can’t believe you uploaded an archived video… So much nostalgia… I hope to see more soon!
Peak Camera quality 🧐👌
Yes, the potato days. 🥲
I actually love this video, sure it isn't up to par by your current standards but it's a nice nostalgic throwback to when I first subscribed to your channel 15 years ago. IIRC the first video you uploaded after I subbed to you was the fan with the severely bent flywheel which you initially labeled as Key Largo, just to give you an idea.
It looks like one of those fans made in India
Wow! Amazing!
After reading the top side of the description box, is it actually a risky idea for a YT channel to be inactive? I was asking, because I looked into some other ceiling fan YT channels that had been inactive for a number of months or even a year or 2 or anything like that (such as Zachary Yarnes & 12baumarobi) and none of their content were deleted, I even looked into thfanman's YT channel lately (where his YT account had been remained to be inactive for WAY much longer) and all of his content was still there.
I don't know any of the YT terms for that, if there are any. This was Photobucket threatening to delete my stuff on there. If we're being honest, they'll probably never delete it but will still send emails saying they will, hoping I'll pay them more money. But they'll get no more; nothing left on there that I don't have a copy of now.
Classic!
What control did you use for testing the fan originally?
Considering it was 15 years ago, I haven't got a single clue. Looks like some sort of 3 speed knob. I didn't have much variety in those days.
