The catalyst weighed in at 504 pounds with a turbo ready to ride. That's freaking impressive.
I am 92 and just ordered a Turbo Polaris 850 RMK
Buy a 17k 600 plus 6k to get a turbo, and you have the same power as a stock 850 that 5k cheaper.
So next question, what about the 858, turbo possibly?
Motorfist selling to Cat was wonderful for Motorfist. They injected a lot of aid into the growth of the company, gaining Midwest and Northeastern dealers and sales with a much larger presence at snow shows nationwide.
Cat selling to Textron is where things got really complicated, really quickly. Hiring Atlanta based PLM's who never even snowmobiled straight out of college, etc...
I hope this brings arctic cat back to the realm where it should be (and should have been)! I love the idea of a turbo 600 I’ve been considering doing a polaris but this setup is very intriguing! Ibexx is on the right track and I like their simplicity and the way they look at the package as a whole! I’d love to be sponsored and get the word out on this setup! I’m in the heart of sled country 😉…. Congrats ibexx and CAT better wake up and step up!
I believe the 858 is the same weight. Be hard to spend the money on the 600 turbo without saving weight over the 858.

so the factory turbos have killed the aftermarket turbo companies.... wait lets make a turbo for a 600
so what is gonna happen when cat has a factory turbo coming out soon? anyone?
They got 10 years before cat even talks about releasing a turbo.
I’m gonna guess that cat would more likely partner/contract ibexx to put the kits on the sled. I doubt you’ll ever see anything coming straight from cat…
@@TimberTramp cat dumped Suzuki. They aren't partnering with a here, gone tomorrow third party sled turbo supplier who doesn't even make the turbo
