Thomas, you deserve a lot more respect and recognition than you apparently recieve looking at your subs. IMO, your originals and remixes are top notch! 2V2 is amazing. Your remix of Meridian's Positive Zero still gets me pumped.....possibly my favorite track of all time! I know Oakenfold spins everything you produce....that says something! Keep doing your thing bro, we people who know, love, and live trance appreciate it more than words can describe brother!
God of Trance = Thomas Datt. And this comes not only for respect but on conspicuous numbers. The majesty of Datt is evinced from chill/downbeats to uplifting trance generation. 8 out of any 10 tracks from Datt are bound to be Gem and that's peerless in today's garage production trance era. The best way for me to put it - Thomas just not produce trance tracks, he becomes a part of his music and that's why his finesse is "the vertex." After Prana Flow, there is slight inclination on Psychedelic rather uplifting (The Psychonaut, Fluid Karma) but his unique and binding melody still reigns. I do some novice trance sets mixing and there's always a special position for Thomas tunes. Once my skills are refined, would aim a tribute to Datt with my Top 10. Till then, keep performing at best.
