tips...praying is most important. praying for d Dday, sex, walking d stairs to d 7th floor, drinking lots of water
Evening primrose oil ripens the cervix and it may help with vaginal tearing but it may happen right away or a few days.

A foot massage. Google. My husband one on me theres a spot on the bottom of your foot that makes you have contractions. Some nail shops won't rub a pregnant woman's feet for that reason. Don't for get good old castor oil. It works too. Good luck. I'm excited for you two.

once I saw a really good looking guy coming down from the escalator in sports direct, I couldn't see his shoes so I was waiting to see if what he was wearing matched his shoes because he dressed nicely. he came off the escalator and he was wearing flip flops 😑😐... how you going to dress go and look good but where flip flops?! in town?! with crusty ass feet??!!! nah fam it's ok

I find it so endearing when you talk about the way Mike dresses. He reminds me sooo much of my husband when it comes to clothes and dressing.
I met my husband in our 11th grade Environmental Science class...11 years ago. I remember thinking he's a horrible dresser. Every week he would wear the same NFL Green Bay Packers sports jersey with a bright yellow jogging pants. (Btw, he isn't even a NFL fan.) I hated that outfit soooo much. On top of that I found him to be extremely annoying! You know the type that annoys everyone around them but doesn't realize that they're doing so because they're busy being annoying! Yep that was him! Anyway after getting a summer job together I really got to to know him and realized he's a great guy under all that. Now 11 years later I'm married to my best friend for almost 5 years. Sadly, his putting together of outfits hasn't improved---but I love him to pieces.

Our son was 6 days late. I felt like I was gonna pop the night before I went to the hospital. I couldn't even burp or pass gas, let alone lay on my back. That only squeezed out a tear, lol!! God bless you with your labor and delivery!!!

Latoya from Latoya's Life here on UA-cam she took two tablespoons or teaspoons of Castor Oil if I'm not mistaken and she literally had her baby the next day lol. So you may be able to try that & of course the famous raspberry tea. Good luck girl! :)
