While pronouncing nun. Check that the tip of your tongue touch base of upper teeth. If try to keep it at a slight distance from the base of upper teeth you can easily pronounce nun ghunna

Salam, of course you will get rewards. Learning Tajweed is mustahab (recommended) and has rewards but the ultimate reward is understanding the Holy Quran and its true meaning.
