Not having that panel completely transform this shoe and makes the af1 look horrendous. I'll stick to the clb af1s.
Got both. Alyx leather definitely better. Looks way better in person. Alyx > CLB
@@Dev-kw6ym I haven't felt the leather on the alyx pair so I wouldn't know but the clb leather is premium which I like.
If however like you say the alyx leather is better then i would have grabbed a pair if it wasn't for the removal of the side panel.
these Alyx are way better. the normal panel has always been trash coz its a different colour white
idk I think the complete opposite it almost turns the shoe from a basic AF1 to almost designer look shoe like a LV shoe , Gucci and Givenchy. So it gives it more of a simplistic look with high quality materials way nicer then the CLB forces. Even tho those are nice as well it seems the grain pattern on the ALYX is larger and even softer. The metal eyelet also adds a nice touch to the pairs. I wish it had two metal eyelets for both but. At least its on the outer part of the shoe were its most visible.
