Big 4 ka M&A department basically tax department hai. Bohot narrow field hai yeh. You are not missing anything bhai. Just target clearing final in minimum attempts. 1st attempt CA is far better than big 4 guy with multiple attempts.

No ,its not compulsory...if u finish ur bcom u can do inter and final.....but if ur doing after school straight away....u should write ca foundation to qualify for writing inter and final .hope it helps brother

You can visit the respective Big 4 Office and inquire for HR manager's mail id and then you can directly forward your Resume to the HR.
