I’m impressed with how quickly Fjorde fades his jeans. How does he pull it off with all of the jeans he owns
He’s cheating, and I’m going to expose him. Never trust an Amish man wearing Japanese denim.
This was what I needed this saturday morning. Thank’s for another great upload 🙏🇸🇪.
Very welcome. 👊👊👊Thanks so much. 🙏🙏🙏
Dude…. This guy seems like a PROPER DENIM HEAD ….

Mr Fjorde is very valid member of the selvedge community. 🫡🫡🤝🏾
Loved listening to your boot story, very fun. I felt involved as if you were talking specifically to me so I appreciate that man. I’m starting out on my influencer journey and hoping to have such experiences so again thanks for the inspiration 🫶
Another great episode, looking forward to the next.
Samurai is perfect for summers. All the slub makes it casual and breathable. Roomier fit for ventilation
My favorite summer jeans too! I got mine hemmed a little short and their great with sandals
I’ve got a pair 510 Otokogi, and some 5000 Zeros. A Kiwami pair is next hopefully!
I don’t know much about selvedge but I know this dude is great listening too. Good job
simply the best!!!!
I know im a newbie and there not Selvedge but do you have any input on the American made Origin jeans ?? 🤔
Samurai is comfortable and breathable despite the thick weight
❤
Momotaro has the quality of Japan with the branding of designer. Those going to battle stripes, pink selvedge, and pink inseam stitching. Momo feels more designer streetwear than workwear. It’s the brand I’d recommend to someone starting out. Why should I pay 2-3X for jeans person
have you been to japan before?
Samurai is the brand for denim heads. At first I didn’t like my initial pair. This brand is an acquired taste.
No jeans are worth 200-700$
how does it feels to be wrong?!
@@agoogleviewer how? I can buy 6 pairs of Lees extreme motion in any shape size and fade color. Iv had heavy weight denim from the original Carhartt and Dungrees before it was made in China. Iv been a pipe fitter for 20 years. And all these thick denim and fancy Japan jeans are not comfortable and they don’t last. No matter how thick they make them. If your getting paid 65$ an hour you need a Jean or pair of pants that work right outta the bag asap. You can’t afford to slow down
Keep in mind Lee and Levi's are farted out industrially, while these japanese brands make them by hand in shuttle looms with every detail being made the best possible.
Also, what you call heavyweight is not really heavyweight, those brands you like say it is but it's usually 13oz to 14oz, which is actually just medium weight, most of their jeans will be 9oz to 12oz.
Working as a luthier, my higher grade Lee's didn't keep up with all the biking and woodworking I was doing daily, they aged a ton in just a few months of use. Heavier weight and better stitching from japanese brands is what I require if I wanna keep a pair of jeans for years, maybe decades, instead of a couple of months.
Now you know.
@@nunovicentemello2393 I’m a pipe fitter. I work with heavier and faster equipment all day long. From digging holes 1 mile long and laying pipe to hanging pipe over head in high rise buildings. Your not putting your jeans to the abuse I do. Period. Lees extreme motion hold up just fine. Iv been watching videos now on these Fancy boy jeans and I seen on the Naked and famous jeans they had on 32oz jeans for a year and they had a ton of holes and rips. That’s crazy to me to spend all the money and get the same results has cheaper jeans.
700 for jeans probably overkill. That’s nearly leather jacket price. Jackets do the most for your look
