This show really surprised me. I went into it finding it trope heavy and childish. Now approaching its climax, I can say I’ve shed tears, shared moments of epic triumph, and you’re damn right I’ve rocked PRs to the OST in the gym. All in all Black Clover is dope.

Asta's screams in the first episodes made people not give the show a chance. The quality of the animation is irrelevant, most people don't notice that.

@@shwingcrimson8202 i recently started black clover and I stayed for the character development, music, and theatrical battles. Some patience is needed for the early episodes until plot thickens, but pacing is amazing and you will be gently be sucked into the story and its verse. This is coming from a very picky anime watcher. The creator worked so hard to establish character personalities. You could have an episode away from main characters and still feel like your watching an interesting anime and would want to know more about even side characters. But that's just me, I got to episode 104 in a week or so and I loved every episode.
Only down side is some of the scenes have poor animation but thats not a fault on the series thats just the anime adaptation. Manga is pure perfection, awesome world building, lore, power system, characters and moments
