Lexmark printer reset to prevent cartridge recognize problem

Hello,
Before i reset the printer how can i reset the alert of empty cartridge.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong followed the instructions but I still get the region error. If I try to reset with the new cartridge it won’t give me the option to erase it goes straight to regional cartridge error. Any advice you can give. I did reset with the good out of ink cartridge and then shut down and put in the new cartridge and still got the region error. I have a Lexmark C2425.

My printer does't have this number keypad, so whats the procedure? Mine is a MS321 model
