Layout progress - I'm ready to start scenery!

I am surprised that I got so much done in the last few weeks. Now it's time for a Holiday break and then back at it full steam.
I finished roughing in the left side of the layout. Complete with all trackage, a rotary dumper, industry sidings
and even the facia. Stay tuned.

How are you going to Fill those wide gaps in the new Corner section top layer? I’ve got 1/2” gaps in my 2” Foam Base/Top.
Thinking about using Foam Gap Filler in a can, then use a plastic Spreader to level it. Or let it dry and Rasp it level.

G'day from New Zealand Joey and a very Happy New Year to you and your group of followers. I'm enjoying your 2R O scale layout adventure having shifted cities two years ago here in NZ and retired. I have a single car garage space (21ft x 12 ft) to turn into an O scale switching layout room so am watching what you do with interest. I do have a 50ft x 20ft modular exhibition layout that a group of us run NZR 9mm (1:33.86 scale) and O scale US trains on but it's time to move it on and focus on something more manageable and you are providing much needed inspiration to do so. Keep up the great work and I trust 2023 is a cracker for you and your followers.
