In addition, some masks have a plastic valve, and some do not. According to customer requirements, the main thing is not the difference in structure, but the data index that the meltblown layer material should reach the library. This is the key to the problem.
N-level products are mostly American standard. The meltblown cloth used for N95 is generally 40-50g / m2, and the N99 uses 70-80g / m2 or more than 80g. P-level products are European standards. The meltblown cloth used for P1 is generally 30 to 35g, P2 is 40 to 50g, and P3 is about 80g.
In general, it can be simply understood that N95 and P2 are similar. Specific to the data requirements, N95 products require high resistance and low efficiency; P2 products require high efficiency and low resistance.
Whether it is a European standard or an American standard, it is specified to use the US TSI-8130 Automated Filter Testers instrument for testing. American standard N type uses NaCl method, R type uses DOP method, European standard uses DOP method. The TSI-8130 instrument uses the NaCl method: the instrument can automatically generate salt particles. The average diameter of the particles is 0.2μm (the average diameter of the aggregate is 0.26μm, and the average diameter of the arithmetic is 0.07μm). After passing the sample at a certain flow rate, the instrument automatically prints out Flow rate, resistance, transmittance.
The DOP method uses DOP oil to generate dust. The diameter of the DOP oil particles is the aggregated average particle diameter of 0.33 μm, and the counted average diameter is 0.20 μm.
